He said, "I don't mean to be rude but we are supposed to be closing. Pull ahead and we will explain at the window. Then we waited until the people in front of us left and by now it was 11:08pm. A woman came to the window and said, "We are actually already closed 8 minutes ago." I said, "Your sign and the website say you are open until 3(am)?" All of the store signs and lights were also lit but I didn't say that. She said something about this being the night they cleaned something and I said ok and left. There was another car in line behind us too. My husband and I worked fast food when we were younger and we would have been fired. The franchise would never be allowed to treat customers that way. Word of advice... next time turn off the lighted sign and finish serving customers who are already waiting in line.
