She's so great at addressing each dog's needs both in daycare and boarding but even more so in training..We had a cranky senior Dachshund we never thought would be able to interact with other dogs or people, who eventually was able to go to daycare and even board during vacations. We currently have two Xolos, Mexican hairless dogs, who have both been with Michelle since they arrived. The older going through puppy classes and when she was older, she did a 2 week board and train with great results. Our younger pup, is on a year training plan, even getting the special experience of a training trip to California where he was exposed to so many new experiences helping him grow into a confident young man. Xolos are a special breed but not the easiest.With Michelle's guidance for both the pups and us, we're all working together to enjoy our life together to the fullest. Our beautiful dog; Boom was 2 years old and had reached the (protect mommy stage) she wanted to fight any dog in my vicinity- if they threatened me or not We were told that our dog was beyond help, they would not even allow her into any sort of training. After hearing that, we were devastated, thinking we were never going to have a dog we could take to the Farmers Market or to any other event, never have a well socialized dog. When we asked Carmen to step in...she asked to come to our Home to evaluate Boom. No charge!! AMAZING!! Who comes to your home like that?!?! She obviously cared! She came and spent time with our dog and after her evaluation, told us that Boom was not unusual, she just needed "lead aggressive" training....she was right. Once a week for 6 weeks, we took the classes and conquered our girl's aggression. Although it has been 6 years, the amazing effects are lasting. Carmen is the leader is training!! I love that it is a low pressure environment, but still offering many options to add complexity if we choose. It allows us to set our own pace and be as rigid or lax in our training as we choose, or to give our pup extra challenges. We have a dog that needs to be constantly challenged, so we have done a combination of behavior classes and "fun" classes (agility/tricks) and all have been great experiences. If we say it's "time for school" our dog perks up and sprints for the door, so she clearly loves her time there!

I found this place earlier on in the year when they appeared on the best of clark county for dog boarding. We scheduled a tour a few days later. It was clean & is a smaller boarding facility which we liked as they'd probably have an easier time keeping track of all the dogs. Although on the higher end for dog boarding pricing, we decided to book with them. Fast forward to months later when it was time to drop off our dog. It was a smooth process & they double checked the dates & feeding schedule & we were off. We were told that she'd get to play with a few of the dogs & we told them she's really friendly & would love that. That was a nice surprise as I didn't realize they did that there. Our first day back home, they called to ask us if we wanted to add on the 1on1 play time service, so that our puppy could get out some of her energy. I agreed as she'd be there for a while. Pick up was smooth as well. We had missed the early morning pick up window, so we went during the late afternoon one. When she came out, she looked like she had a great time! She even got a visit from santa. It was adorable, she had a stocking with here name on it. It made us so happy as this was her first Christmas. Everyone we spoke with there were really nice & always open to answer questions. We were even told we could call & check up on her, which we didn't do. Although priced on the higher end & I did see they raised their prices again this year, I liked how they don't charge an extra day if not picked up by a certain time. I called to make sure as I know most places do that. They only charge by the day, so As long as they are picked up & dropped off during the windows listed on their site, you're good. We will be using them for shorter stays in the future.

They assessed his personality and temperament and matched him up with other dogs of similar manner for playtime. He has always had issues before when boarding. He has been here twice now and no issues at all. He came back seeming happy and content, just like us. Great location with plenty of room to play in a safe supervised way. And hey, what dog does not like watching some cartoons while in his warm kennel at night before bedtime. Our pup is lucky that we found Woof and Tumble. We will be back!

It is clear the staff love what they do, & they give such individual attention based on the needs of both the dogs and owners. My boyfriend & I were planning a staycation at Ilani & were looking into several different places…read moreto board our puppy. I looked into many different places & read a lot of reviews. We weren't too impressed by the place we checked out right before this one, so I did more research & found this one that was similar. I liked that this place had trails, the dogs slept in cabins, & that she'd be able to run around all day & socialize with other dogs.. On the website i mentions that if their pickup/drop off times didn't work for you, that you can always ask. We wanted to time it so that we could drop her right before check in time at the hotel, which was passed the ranch drop off time. Brian was very accommodating in letting us do that. When first dropping her off, our puppy looked scared, but by the time we were driving away we saw her tail wagging so it made us feel better. Pick up day came & she was happy to see us. She came back smelling like a dog, so I'll take that as she had a good time On her collar there was also a cute keychain that said "I ran with the pack". Overall a good experience for us.
