I hired this cleaning service for a pre-move-in job and asked that extra attention be given to the floors. While they arrived on time, they left before I could review the work. I later noticed some areas of the floor hadn't been cleaned well, and the shower glass was still dirty. Pro- They do a good cleaning..come when they say they will but often an hour or more late. Cons- Cleaning at the expense of damaging (window ledge had a huge crack down the metal stud) and marking up your home walls or chipping paint. Every time the ladies would come (2-3 ladies each time) different parts of my walls got marked up. Having different ladies come may sound great and efficient, but having to tell them what to do every time becomes a chore. The worst part is when I told Carlos about the damage, he would say they didn't do it. Extreme lack of responsibility, detail, and accountability. What a fast and easy transaction! I called Carlos in the morning and he was able to send a team out the same day! They even showed up 30 minutes before the start time he set up. They got right to it and did a deep clean on our house that is going up on the market. They did everything from inside cabinets and drawers to inside closets and I paid extra to have all the windows cleaned. They removed screens and washed those as well. My recent experience was not great unfortunately. First on value...ended up being charged 40% more than original estimates, telling me it took longer than expected to clean 1400 sqft home. Wouldn't you have known how long it would take BEFORE you start cleaning so that I know how much it would end up costing me? That is, am assuming they were experienced that they claimed to be. Second, was sent 2 different crew out on 2 consecutive days; which was not an issue except the 1st crew did not follow instructions on locking up. They left the home unlocked over night. Luckily, nothing happened since home was in a safe neighborhood. Lastly, follow through was poor communication wise. Requested twice an itemized list of what they cleaned with no response. Overall, for the price paid; would've gotten better cleaning service elsewhere..and not put the home at risk of unlawful entry! read more

He came out the next day to give us a quote, gave us a great price, and said his team could do it now. We were very happy. I was blown away when we came out to look at the cleaned garage. I had high hopes after reading all the great Yelp reviews but my experience wasn't that great. I reached out to Carlos via email to ask about move out cleaning and carpet cleaning costs. Carlos was great responding back in a timely manner. I set up a date and time based off those email exchanges. Day of cleaning was to start at 9am and I arranged my work day around this start time. After waiting 30 minutes with no one at my home to clean it, I called and Carlos said there was an inconvenience and they couldn't make it. He mentioned he tried to call and was unable to get through but no missed calls on my end. I was told they would be there at 2:30pm now so I adjusted my work day again. When they arrived I asked the young woman if I needed to show her around and go over cleaning. I assumed we'd talk specifics since Carlos and I only communicated through a couple of emails. She didn't seem to need a walk through and was ready to get started. I asked about the carpet cleaning and she wasn't sure. We went around a few times trying to communicate whether someone would be there to also clean the carpet. She was unsure but luckily someone showed up as we were going back and forth. I explained I'd be in the garage working if they needed me. The cleaning was complete around 5:30pm and I was asked to look and make sure everything looked good. I noticed a bathroom had some dirt on the bathroom floor still and the other bathroom had a broken toilet seat. I mentioned both issues and was told "the toilet seat was already broken". At this point, I was tired and annoyed how this day played out with their service and I could care less about a toilet seat but to not say something to me upfront and then act like it was already like that??? I ended up on the phone with Carlos and he acted like it was bound to happen, the screws were rusted and it was bound to break. Again, annoyed cause toilet seat was working fine before they came and is now broken and it's late and I have to now go out and get a new seat and fix something that was not broken before they arrived. I asked for it to be deducted from my invoice and his response was like "it's $20" like I should be ok with paying that. If I was told about it when it happened we wouldn't even be having this discussion. I asked how much was the cleaning and if they brought an invoice like I asked. No invoice and he wasn't sure the price until he spoke to his cleaners to see if the job was more or less than quoted. But I needed to pay them before they left. I was beyond frustrated with how this was being handled. I told him I'd pay what he quoted me in the email minus the $20 for the broken toilet seat. After the cleaners left I found a film on my kitchen counters of left behind residue from a cleaning agent. So I spent the rest of that evening going to get a new toilet seat, installing it and cleaning the bathroom floor they never went back and cleaned after I mentioned it and then wiping down my kitchen counters. Moving is already stressful and to add this on did not help. Disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism that Carlos and his staff had. read more

When she was finished a few hours later, I was in awe of how clean everything was. My stove was just horrible with cooked on grease and crud and it looked brand new!! My shower had tons of hard water stains because I couldn't squeegee it for a while since I couldn't stand on my foot. She got it crystal clear!! She did everything I asked perfectly and then some. We have granite countertops that are 10 to 12 years old. They were not able to shine them up as I would have liked.I text Carlos the owner and he came that evening to inspect the work and to improve upon it. They shined them up in the best way possible.
