All Exteriors did my parents roof a few years ago and they loved the job they did. I didn't think ours would be hail damaged since our roof was just a couple of years old. Boy was I wrong! We had damage to both our shingled roof and metal roof and needed a complete replacement. All Exteriors made this process so easy. Bill, the owner is an extremely experienced roofer who knows his stuff when it comes to insurance jobs. There are some sketchy companies from out of town (and some local) that will over promise and under deliver. Using a company where the owners/management actually have hands-on roofing experience is so crucial when it comes to your home. We could not be more thrilled with what a difference getting our roof redone has made to the appearance of our house. We got to choose any color we wanted at no additional cost making this feel like a true home makeover. We received the Repair Contract dated 4/30/26 signed by Joey indicating the Target Start Week date of 6/1/26 and a Target Completion Date for the week of 6/8/26. Spoke with Joey on 6/5/26 to find out the status, as we had not received a call to let us know dates/times to start this job. Joey could not find the Repair Contract that was signed by us and him, which I was holding in my hand at the time of this call. We paid the $250.00 initial inspection, which was supposed to be credited to us with the work in the Repair Contract. Joey could not agree on the telephone about our status and bailed out of the job "I'm closing your case".... Hopefully, the $250.00 will go to an Employee fund for better customer service training....
