Other meal prep places I have tried don't offer this kind of variety and I find that everything kind of tastes the same even when it's different. Not the case with Happy Penguin. And the portion sizes are very generous!! I freaked out the first week I ordered because the food was not cold when it was delivered, it even felt a little warm. I reached out to them and they let me know that they deliver right after they cook the food so it shouldn't be cold. Give them a try if you are looking for a meal prep service. You can do weekly plans which brings the price down a bit but you also can just order when you need or want it, no contract. Their pricing is also really good compared to other places I have tried.
