Online bidders were led to believe that the online auction was ending 8/20 at 9:30 AM when the truth is that the live on-site auction started at 10AM. Although I "won" the online auction I was later informed that the bidding was just a "Pre-Bid" activity. When I pointed out that their website clearly listed me as the winner, the auction management company refused to honor their commitment. Later I discovered that this company must be no stranger to litigation as they list that all legal claims must be sent to South Carolina.

The auction needed to happen quickly, and they really jumped to make that happen. They came out and organized the items into lots, photographed them, and cataloged them very efficiently and effectively. They also took care of a post auction problem from one of the bidders, by buying two items themselves. All in all, this was a great and hassle free experience.
