Online bidders were led to believe that the online auction was ending 8/20 at 9:30 AM when the truth is that the live on-site auction started at 10AM. Although I "won" the online auction I was later informed that the bidding was just a "Pre-Bid" activity. When I pointed out that their website clearly listed me as the winner, the auction management company refused to honor their commitment. Later I discovered that this company must be no stranger to litigation as they list that all legal claims must be sent to South Carolina.

They also took care of a post auction problem from one of the bidders, by buying two items themselves. All in all, this was a great and hassle free experience.
