Long story short I got a remote start placed once I picked up I noticed the left side buttons on my steering wheel where not working took it back to them they said "I double checked everything and our work is good it could be clock spring needs to be replaced. I didn't believe them so I posted here and 110 Customs commented they would help me take a look at it. In less than an hour they found indeed was not the clock spring but a bent wire and loose bolt. They fixed it free of charge. They are amazing and I'm beyond thankful they help me figure this before having to buy something so expensive without needing to.
