I was really excited to check this place out because I had been to another location in the Temecula area in the past. Location is very easy to fine, it's right off the freeway and there is plenty of parking. The location was not busy at all when we got there so we were able to order right away. The staff definitely could have been more welcoming, maybe it was towards the end of their shift and they had just had a long day but I definitely didn't get the vibe that I was welcome or that it was their pleasure LOL When I got my food it looked very tasty, I'm always happy with visual presentation however the Quality of the food did not match the visual presentation unfortunately. We ate inside the restaurant and yet somehow my food was still cold, not even room temperature. I'm not sure if they just use fries I have been sitting there for a while since they weren't busy but at least they could've done was toss them back in the fryer to warm them back up. Well well well. Wings N things (Epic Wings) finally crossed into riverside. Little back story if there was a top tier list of wings n things experts i would fall in that top 1%. Growing up in San Diego I've had wings from 90's Til 2019. Well the location was nice and clean. Very new and organized. My wife works in Norco so after I picked her up I though let's try this new epic wings. It was about 1:00pm on a Friday. Maybe 4 other people in the restaurant. First experience was great a lot of workers there was 3 girls working behind the counter. After we made our order they had it out to us in less then 10 mins. Great service there. The food was excellent and overall food experience was great. Now for a little bit of critique... Leliani the girl that rang me up. Didn't have the best attitude. During ordering. No eye contact. Nothing no greet. Just kinda didn't want to be there. During our meal my wife wanted some honey bbq. Went up to get some and was charged .75 for a small cup and another .75 two more times for ranch. Spent extra $2.50 in sauces. This kinda sucks. Because our home epic wings in murrieta which we've probably spent close to $100,000 in our 10 years living in the IE also gives two extra ranch's free or charge. Just a though for the new owner. And again Leilani wasn't super friendly. Lastly when I went up to get a box for our leftovers I asked Leilani for a box. She didn't make eye contact kept talking with the three other girls reached down grabbed me the smallest box and it didn't fit anything I had leftover. Also no goodbye and pretty much all the girls stood around the cash register. I am a die hard epic wings guy and will continue to be. It hurts me to give them a 3 star but definitely some work needs to be done with the staff and customer service. Came here to get lunch and I think the whole menu needs to be more clear. First of all, if you order wings, it doesn't come with ranch so you have to pay for a side of ranch which is really weird for a wing place. Second of all, on the menu, it doesn't show how much it is for an order of wings by itself they only have combos. The wings came drenched in sauce, like it was too much sauce. I've been followings Wings N Things for a few years now (now called Epic Wings), and the quality has been kept through all those years. A little pricey but the quality and flavor is worth it. I was in the Corona area and saw they had barely opened this restaurant and it was trending on Yelp and decided to test it out. I have to say another great addition to the Wings N Things chain, the wings are cooked to perfection and the breadsticks are to die for, make sure you ask for extra of their home made ranch for the breadsticks and the chicken). Extra crispy wings mix with lemon pepper -garlic and bbq mild strips are a must!! Make sure to ask for extra sauce to keep your chicken wet! Great to see a San Diego based restaurant expanding! Each order came with two fluffy garlic clouds of pure love (aka bread sticks) as well as celery and carrots and your choice of ranch or blue cheese.
