Got an order for pick up about an hour before they closed and it did not disappoint! It was really good and the serving sizes were great! It was only my boyfriend and I so we had enough for dinner and lunch the next day. We ordered a chicken sizzling rice soup, pork fried rice, chicken lo mein, Mongolian beef and the teriyaki beef stick appetizer. They ended up giving us an order of the egg rolls, fried wontons and white rice for free with our order too! We will definitely be back to try their dine in service and different dishes!

There's something about this cha chiang mein from Red Ginger China Bistro in Corona, CA that's addicting. This is not something I usually order especially from a Chinese restaurant because the places I've been to don't serve Korean food and it's carby. I was curious and wanted to try their version found under lunch specials and "K Menu". Worth a try for $10.99. The huge bowl of noodles with its meaty and savory sauce that comes with egg flour or hot sour soup, wonton strips, and fried spring roll is a good deal! My kids enjoyed my leftover after school (I ate from a separate plate). Looks like I barely had any even though I had a decent serving of it. My comment is that some of the noodles were stuck together and undercooked. Tip: Though the leftover was still tasty, it's better to have it while it's still smokin' hot. Note: Parking is ample. The interior decor looks festive. The host and server were friendly and attentive from beginning to end. (I went there last year and had their Mongolian Beef...tasty but kind of lacked the richness and charred flavor of the dish I've had at other Chinese restaurants.)

We came to have dinner here and got the Dinner combo . It came with fried shrimp, eggrolls, some beef, and a wonton soup. The wonton soup was delicious! The other appetizers were pretty generic. The service was good the server continued checking in on us. It was a quit atmosphere. I ordered a Mai Tai and it was delicious. The food was okay I was expecting more.

Four stars for the menu variety and delicious flavors, but they're definitely FIVE STARS for customer service. Their wait staff were friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Immediately seated and welcomed, they served our table complimentary fried wonton chips. We also requested tea and served immediately. For the Riverside/Corona area, this is a fairly good place for a Chinese restaurant. Not too far from where the 15 and 91 freeway merge. Easy to find (and park) in a shopping center just a couple blocks from the Magnolia Ave Exit, off the 15 South. It isn't just yet my standard yet, with LA or OC Chinese restaurants, but it did definitely can satisfy any cravings I may have. I will definitely revisit to try more items and a few of the group favorites from my first visit. My friends recommended we dine here to celebrate our Chinese New Year get-together. While our group preferred the a la carte entrees to share better, I did notice they offer lunch specials that included a variety of options that included an egg drop soup, an egg roll, fried shrimp, I believe, and steamed rice. A great way to get to try more of their menu and well worth returning to check out. We tried many different dishes: sizzling rice soup, egg drop soup, steamed pork dumplings, honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef, shrimp curry, pan fried noodles, sweet and sour pork, a house special fried rice with shrimp, chicken, beef. They were all generous portions, even for our group's hearty appetites, as this meal was easily devoured by 6 of us and I should credit that to how delicious everything was. We had a few leftover items but it was only enough left for a small snack/lunch: dumplings, rice, and Mongolian beef. If I had to pick, a few of our group's lunch favorites included the sizzling rice soup, fried rice, pan fried noodle (despite the sweeter sauce), and the honey walnut shrimp. I'd really like to try their egg roll and kung pao chicken next time and if that's a hit, I anticipate I will have to give them 5-stars all around then.

Everything was really good. It was refreshing to find a place this close to home that actually hit the spot--even my parents thought it was good, which says a lot. We usually end up driving out to Rowland Heights for Chinese food, so having something like this down the street in Corona is nice. The pan fried shao mai was probably the surprise favorite for me since I've never had it prepared that way before. The xiao long bao wrapper was a little thicker than what I'm used to, but it was still good. Honestly, nothing we ordered disappointed. Food came out pretty quickly too, so even though there's usually a line, it moves faster than you'd expect.

We were the only customers there at the time, which gave the place a bit of a quiet, lonely vibe while the staff chatted to pass the time, but they were polite and left us to enjoy our meal in peace~ We ordered the fresh shrimp spring rolls, which were incredibly fresh. My only critique is that they felt a little basic--just vermicelli noodles, carrot, lettuce, and shrimp. They could use an extra herb or element to elevate them, and the peanut sauce felt like it was missing a little richness (maybe some coconut milk?). For mains, we got the shrimp Pad Thai and a curry. The Pad Thai was delicious with a great sauce. The curry flavor was excellent, though the consistency was a bit on the watery side for my taste; I usually prefer it creamier and thicker, almost like a sauce. Overall, it's a solid, low-key spot to hit up when you have a Thai craving~~~

The banchan was delicious and had a nice variety, including radish stem kimchi, cucumber kimchi, fish cakes, soybean paste with nuts, fried eggplant, and more. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We started with the fried dumplings, which were crispy on the outside and filled with really tasty filling. The soybean stew was packed with flavor and had potatoes, onions, and zucchini--super comforting. The short ribs were juicy and flavorful, especially with a side of rice. The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. Even the salad was good, with a dressing that wasn't too overpowering. They serve hot barley tea and water, and you can buy canned soft drinks if you want something else. Everything we had was delicious--honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Prices were fair, and the customer service was great. Our waitress checked on us several times to make sure we were good and even showed us how to make rice porridge using the hot barley tea and the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot, which ended up being really good too. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, well-lit, and has lots of natural color (tans, brown). It appears to have been recently remodeled. There is plenty of seating and open space. I didn't even bother to write a review at that time, but had submitted five photos, some good, others not, that told the tale. So this time, with some trepidation, we gave them a second chance. Glad we did. This time was different. Two dishes, the black bean ribs and the salt & pepper pork chops, turned out great. Not only did they have good flavor, both dishes were quite generous and meaty. And if we had stopped ordering right there, I wouldn't have had any reason to drop a star. It was the dim sum that almost ruined it. The siu mai (8 pcs) were small and oddly fishy tasting, lacking the traditional aromatics. One bite and I knew there was no way I would continue eating them. No reason to bring them home either. Was I willing to just throw away my $13? No. Disappointed, I bravely told the server, and then, the manager. I got a "deer in the headlights" response, followed with a "what's wrong with it" query. Awkward moment. But, minutes later, the server returned from the back kitchen, and the most miraculous, unexpected thing happened. She said they would take it off my bill! Honestly, I was not expecting any resolution. But in wisely doing this, they frankly rescued the situation and my attitude. I respected that one gracious gesture. So, while the siu mai will still never be anything I order here, there is a vast menu to explore, and a few dishes I already know will not let me down. Two of these were from our first time, the char siu baos and the shrimp with scrambled egg. These were good. That said, this is a decent business that proved they wanted my business. We will come back.

Honestly most people know ramen expectations should be low when you order it as take out but i think they do a great job with how they package their takeout! I've tried their normal lemonade and their mango passionfruit sweet tea and personally i like their sweet tea more! The drink portion is nice and large! Definitely not overly sweet and it always hit with my ramen. I've tried most of their ramens, i like the fact that they have different style noodles. Personally i think their wavy noodles go better with the rich broths like the miso and the Tokyo style one (a mix of shoyu and tonkotsu ) and the straight noodles go god with their clear broth like the shoyu or the yuzu shio. I normally get their shoyu mostly because it gives me the least acid reflux, but that's nothing with their food it's just a health issue for me :( i would say my favorite is their Tokyo style broth. I think it has a nice balance of flavor and the wavy noodles just soak up that broth nicely. I've only had their appetizers on takeout so they're not super fresh, and not really a main stopper for me. The large is good but i wish it was a little bigger with the pieces. Sometimes they're just small and idk it feels like it's missing something. I got the opportunity to stop here yesterday after my tattoo, and the service was decent. Got seated quickly and my order taken quick as well. My food took a few minutes to be made but nothing crazy of a wait. Overall i had a good time, i do go on a Saturday around 7:30 pm so not sure if that matters. For take out i do recommend ordering min 30 minutes before pickup because i do feel like it can take a minute, but thats the nice part of take out that you can order in advance. I think for Eastvale/ norco ramen this place a nice broth and noodles. And it's not overly oily or salty :)
