I'm reviewing this location based on both customer service and the hiring process, and unfortunately the issues overlap. As a customer, I've experienced careless service such as being given an empty cup when ordering lemonade and receiving the wrong combo through the drive-thru and under cooked chicken.. The worst experience, though, was with hiring. After what I was told was a good interview, I was promised a callback. That never happened. I called the store multiple times over several weeks sometimes my calls were answered and then hung up, other times they were ignored entirely. No update, no explanation, no professionalism. Even showed up there..nothing If you decide not to move forward with an applicant, that's fine. But making promises and then repeatedly ghosting someone who follows up is unacceptable... Between poor communication, lack of follow-through, and careless service, this location appears poorly managed. read more

I'm not a fast food person but somehow my kids love cane's. We came by for a quick lunch. It wasn't busy. It's clean and spacious inside. We ordered three different combos and a cup of Cane's sauce! The sauce is like a thick smoothie!!! The food is good for a fast food place and the price is ok. It's a much better option than many other fast food places. I've always had a good experience at this location. So I use to have to get Canes when I went to Vegas. Once they started to expanding to California I would eat at the Canes in Hesperia, CA. I literally stopped going because of how bad the experience was every time I went. I recently moved to Corona, CA and started going to Canes again. I've been to this location over 15 times at least in the past year and every time has been great. Friendly staff, fast service, and good portions when ordering to-go. What a great experience. First time coming to this location and it was great. Good fast service and plenty of indoor and outdoor dining. A total of 2 drive thru lanes which made our ordering and checkout experience quick. I ordered their 4 finger combo and it was delicious. Around $15 but I shared it with my hubby and we were both full. The fries are tasty and made fresh. Love this juicy chicken fingers and the breading was delicious. Wish I could do less than one star. I'm never going to Cane's ever again. If it's done right, it's OK but never is it done right. This place in particular is one of the worst. I'm so sick of employees just don't care about anything they gave me old soggy fries after I asked for extra crispy and then they drown them in salt like just to like spite me. Oh, you want them crispy Let's dump a whole bag of salt on them completely uneditable disgusting and then I tell the guy and he does nothing about it. I went to our Corona Canes a few months ago and ordered the 4 piece box. When I got home, there were only 3 pieces in the box. i know that this doesn't happen often, but i was a little disappointed. I called and spoke to the Manager "Esther", and explained the issue. She immediately apologized and offered me to come back anytime to receive a free 4 piece box. I was so impressed! She mentioned that the code that she gave me could be used anytime and that it never expires. Well it's been a few months, and I went back yesterday and sure enough, I met "Maximus" the Asst Mgr who was equally accommodating. How often do you go to a fast food company where the employees go out of their way to treat you with respect. I can't say enough for how well I was treated! This Canes will always get my business!! This place used to be amazing -- tender, juicy chicken, fresh fries, and crisp coleslaw. Now it's a shadow of its former self. The fries are soggy, the chicken is rubbery with soggy breading, and I even found frozen bits. Quality has clearly dropped. I've given it a few chances, but it's just not the same. First time at this location & I really loved its inside interior decor. The disco balls on the ceiling were my fav. I choose to go inside by order to go. For those curious about their drive thru, when I went they had two lines and employees outside taking order to make the lines go by quicker. As for the inside, once more people are entering it does get a bit crowded to order but besides that there's lots of inside and outside seating. I had a Box Combo and it was really good! I agree their fries can been improved. They tend to be on the soggy side than crispy. Besides that chicken and bread were delicious! My order didn't take long to get and there's a number of great employees working to get orders out. Definitely plan to visit this location in the future. read more

First of all, this location desperately need to have some sort of line management for their drive-through. There were cars all the way to the street. It was nuts. The line was moving slowly and we ordered the caniac combo, subbed the coleslaw for texas toast... both toasts are buttered on both sides. So we obviously ate at home, and somehow this location is able to get the chicken crispy, the toasts somewhat crispy, and yet, the most soggiest, undercooked fries. Ugh. Great place to go on Carb Day. They only serve one thing, chicken tenders. You can get them as a combo with fries and toast, or fries, toast and coleslaw, or in a bun as a sandwich with fries and probably toast and coleslaw. They do not serve any other sides. When I say chicken tenders do not mistake this for chicken strips, they are small about 3.5 inches, not chicken strip size 5-6 inches. The chicken is great, and the breading is crisp. If you're only going to serve one thing, you should do it right, and they do. However, the fries were soggy. If you've been to Del Taco, these are the same only smaller and soggier. We received our food through the drive thru, which seems to be the most popular as it has two lanes and people taking orders. When we got home the fries were limp, soggy, and small. Very disappointing. The Texas toast was soft, and I mean they didn't toast it enough. It had a brown color like it was on the grill, but it was not toasted. The coleslaw was fine, creamy. $11.99 plus tax for 4 tenders, fries, slaw and toast with drink. This was my second visit. I had been once over a year ago, and I remember the chicken being larger and the portion of fries being larger and not soggy. Maybe the quality control has changed now that this store is successful. Ordering was quick and the food came out even quicker! The menu is fairly limited - basically chicken fingers or a sandwich. I ordered the chicken fingers combo, and the chicken fingers were really good! It was a nice ratio of breading to meat, very tender, and flavorful. Loved their house sauce too, with a nice touch of celery salt. Crinkles fries were crisp, but I couldn't figure out the toast thing.
