Next thing I know, the manager Clark comes over and tells me he wants to take the pot pie off my bill. I told him that it wasn't necessary, that I did eat some of it and I should pay for it. He insisted to take the pot pie off my bill. Said he wanted his customers to be happy. He then asked if my friend and I wanted to share a dessert and showed us the options. We chose the S'mores brownie. We didn't want a full size, so he offered a smaller option. The dessert came and it was very large to be a small serving. And let me tell you, it was absolutely beyond delicious! My friend and I were so impressed with the generosity of Clark the manager and how he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. That is what I call great customer service and a manager that really cares about making sure his customers are happy when they leave. Even though I'm not a fan of the Pot Pie, I know that their food is still amazing. I will be coming back again and again.
