Honestly don't waist your time or money with this place. Horrible service, the cashier Natalie did not know what she was doing nor the other girl that was helping her in the front. Handing out the wrong orders to people and getting orders wrong multiple times, when the girl noticed I was watching everything that was going wrong when she handed me my food she was extremely rude to me. Then, they forgot to give me my drink cup and I had to drive back to get it, the same girl that gave me attitude slammed the cup on the counter like I was bothering her. It was counter service and I have never tried the food or the chain so what am I supposed to base a tip on? I chose none. After that things irked me. A couple more minutes (it was six) hey said and still it was in complete. After I was sitting, more than halfway through my meal the ready is out, a breadstick. I stop and get it. I love wings n things bread, buffalo sauce & wings!! It beats all other wing restaurants around for sure! It's always fresh, hot and crispy. I just don't like how their wing sizes are super inconsistent---on average of 6 pcs single meal wings- 4 pieces are small & 2 are huge. I eat here at least once every two weeks and it's always like that. I could be completely wrong but I started thinking that they buy 2 quality chicken wings and mix them?? I don't know... just the size difference between them is huge! (I went today and I only had 1 big piece and that was sad :( ) & their bathroom smells really bad!!! I love this wing joint, it has a small town feel and friendly staff. We get the family meal that comes with enough chicken, breadsticks, and veggie sticks for all four of us and it's only about $30. The person who took our to-go order was helpful, repeated it back, and gave me a reasonable time to expect the food to be ready. I arrived at Wings-N-Things I was promptly greeted and paid for my order. My order was ready to go in the specified amount of time, and I was on my way home. The place is small inside, but there seemed to be enough seating for customers. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is due to our breadsticks not seeming as good as I have had in the past. They seemed hot, but they didn't seem cooked all the way and lacked the crispy bottom. I actually decided to broil them for three mins when I got home, so they would have a little bit of a crisp bottom, but I shouldn't have to do that to them. They should be ready to eat. We used to eat Wings-N-Things quite often when we lived in Rancho Bernardo, but this is the first time we have eaten at this one since moving in November. I will say I noticed they now have double meals, which worked really well for my husband. Normally we would have to get the family pack to have enough for both of us to eat, but then we would have leftovers that didn't get eaten. Despite the bread snag, the order was correct and everything else tasted great. Will definitely go back if we are craving wings, because they are much better than Buffalo Wild Wings IMO. read more

It takes a while to get food from here BUT they have the options to call in the order ahead of time or even order through postmates so people shouldn't complain about it taking a while.
