Couldn't be any happier with the service. Bike shifted well with no more hesitations and just feels new again. Also, his pricing is very reasonable if not better than other places. Also, there is a cool pump track around the corner and they are right next door to Kali Protectives another awesome local business. Come give them a try and they have a fast turnaround and sometimes able to get things done same day.

When I got to Soledad my clutch went out. It was Father's Day and I spent the next three hours on the phone with AAA and Morgan Hill HD and off spins from there. AAA couldn't get to me until the following day. In the meantime I was directed to Tristan. Told him my situation and he agreed to take my bike in first thing and get me on the road asap. He did NOT disappoint. He got right on it, diagnosed and got all new clutch plates installed. Had me on the road in about 3 1/2 hours. EXCELLENT customer service and craftsmanship. Continued on the trip without a hitch there and back.

Most people just need to understand that they can't solve everything and that they can't go against company policies. They have to deal with a lot of BS callers every day, and yet they still treat everyone with the respect and decency they deserve, which is unlike MANY other customer service call centers where the operators tend to be rude and pushy.

The helmets have new features that offer further protection. As technology advances, Fox continues to test and follow up on new high quality designs. PROTECT your brain...you only get one! Open up that wallet and buy one! I wear some of the Fox female attire. Love the colors, especially the fire red! Wish they used a wider variety of fabrics other than cotton. It is hard spending a weekend at the races in 100 degree weather and worrying if your sweat is showing through...Not that I do anyways :)

About 1 month ago, I took a hard crash on my MTB and the helmet did its job and saved me from more severe injury. The helmet took a big hit and Kali was awesome in standing behind their crash replacement policy. They made it super convenient to get it replaced. They have a customer for life here. Where do I start and why isnt there more reviews…read more This brand is nothing but extraordinary. Their whole crew and team consist of passionate riders who want the best for everyone! I am so blessed to have the opportunity to represent Kali and I would be dead (literally) if I wasnt wearing their helmet. Went down pretty nasty on the street (car did illegal uturn on freeway) and I smacked him pretty hard. Kali Protectives lifetime crash replacement is Ideal as helmets should be replaced after 2-3 years (earlier if possible). If you set styrofoam in the sun for long periods of time, Material is prone to break significantly greater on smaller impacts. The LCR allows and protects the rider from this and no other brand that I know of does this. Kali Protectives technology is above when compared to competitors. Prana carbon has Been through alot and put me to a few local podiums. Catalyst saved me in a 60 (ish) mph crash on the freeway. Both helmets are budget friendly and offer amazing protection. Prana carbon and Catalyst (1.0) helmets are above and should come back to the market! Thank you Brad, Jason, and everyone on the Kali Protectives team. I cannot express my appreciation.
