Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe.
