If not for the mosquitos, definitely for the wasps that are literally swarming every platform you will zip line too and from. And since there is no where to run too on the platforms to avoid the wasps-you best be prepared. 2. Bring your patience. The full tour is about 3 hours. We had a full group of 10 for our tour and its fair to say you spend 3/4 of the time waiting for the rest of the group to zip from one platform to another. There is quite a bit of opportunity to staff the tours better so this is less of an issue. 3. Try not to over think the process. One of our guides was really over exaggerating everything, so far as to say you get severe rope burn/whiplash from the green brake ropes if you don't grab them as you approach the platforms. This is definitely not the case. I could tell it made some newbies pretty nervous. But after your first zip line, you learn to relax and enjoy the ride- and quickly figure out which of the guides is full of it. ;) Happy Zipping!

I emailed back and forth with Corey, the owner, and he was very accommodating and answered all my questions. The setup of the boat is ideal for hanging out with friends or family because of the circular layout and table in the center, plus having the big umbrella over the boat is really nice. It's like a really mellow party boat. We brought a cooler with drinks and food and made it a little dinner cruise. It was also effortless - they launched it for us and met us on the dock right as we brought it back so we didn't even have to tie it up, we just hopped off the boat and left.  Our kids absolutely loved it and one of them declared it in his top 3 experiences ever. They also liked that they could drive the boat themselves and make it do donuts. Our 10 year old wanted to leave his own review and wrote this: "This is a super fun and amazing activity for anyone to spend part of their day doing. Super comfortable and relaxing, doesn't get boring, and you're likely to get a lot of people complimenting the boat. You can also sit on the stairs and stick your feet in the water if you get hot. One of the highlights is their wave pool. Been in plenty of janky wave pools that barely create any undulance at all. RS' wave pool creates genuine waves and genuine fun. I feel you get way more food options than your average waterpark. Normally it's just cheeseburgers and pizza. At RS you'll also find chicken fingers, hot dogs, and tacos. Needless to say, ice cream and Dippin' Dots are served aplenty. The staff deserves a 5-star shout out all on their own. I think we've all experienced at least once before a staff of teens that are disinterested, inattentive, bored, or...teenagery, lol. I noticed every awesome teen at RS was the opposite. They were very talkative, playful, and funny with my kids. I thought about how important this is for kids who might be scared when they reach the summit of a slide and look down with second thoughts. The staff seems like they'd know to handle the situation with warmth and encouragement. My only wish is that RS had more family rides, in other words, more 4+ person raft rides. It was a busy day and we didn't ride everything, so I may have missed it, but it only seemed like there were two. If the park expands/builds more slides, I would hope they're family sized.

This is a good read for anyone considering a guided fishing trip with Dream on the Fly. So, yes, no experience. I felt like the Karate Kid with his teaching technique. Presentation, mending, drifting, pointing the rod tip at the indicator, watching the indicator, casting and feeling the weight for whipping. It is pretty complicated, but his technique really helped me grasp the process and I felt pretty confident after an hour or so. I learned the hard way once or twice about respecting the power of these river trout. They are good sized and put up enough fight to break a line pretty easily. LET THEM RUN WHEN THEY FIGHT! Don't force them in too fast. Take your time, but keep your rod up and line tension tight. The scenery at The Owyhee River is gorgeous. In all, you will learn a lot with them about the river, fly fishing, and Idaho if you are a traveler. Great experience. We had some great catches and I learned so much. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a great fishing trip!

While you are checking their reviews, take into consideration the people that have had "near death" experiences because of their lack of safety. We have been calling and emailing all year, with no response from this "business". Save your money and do not risk your life at this place. I wish I had seen these reviews before giving them $350 for a gift certificate that will never be able to be used, as it is now expired after calling them 50+ times throughout the year with no response. This place should be shut down, I can't believe they are allowed to continue to operate after killing someone and scamming others!
