He spent the time to answer our questions, talk to us about what he thought was going on, and clearly explained what the process would be to fix the problem. Within a day and a half he had a quote over to us with a breakdown & description of the work that needed to be done. This was a two-day job and they were on time both days and worked relentlessly in the August heat and humidity to make sure it was done properly and within the expected time frame. Chad and Jordan even took the time out during the work process to show me what they were doing and explain why they were doing it. When the inspector came out to assess the job half way through, he commented that the job looked great and was one of the best he had seen like this. When the job was ready to wrap up they did a nice job at cleaning up and doing what they could to ensure there wasn't a big mess left behind. When it came time for my actual estimate, they priced rebuilding my entire toilet, which when pressed they admitted was completely unnecessary for my issue (but would "help with future longevity").
