Lou came out to give the estimate himself and was very no nonsense and straight forward. He thoroughly explained the options for a system in detail and what he thought would work best and definitely gave me his best price up front. His style was definitely appreciated as some other companies made geothermal seem like a mystical art and balked at even giving me a ball park price unless I gave them a non refundable $1200 upfront to spend a day doing measurements and calculations on my home. Lou on the other hand was very low/no pressure and was happy to answer any questions I had both during the estimate and after the fact via phone. Just an old school good businessman. Anyway, Fast forward to install days (it was a 2.5 day job) and his crew is super friendly. They didn't mind my asking questions where respectful of my home keeping my home and basement as clean as possible while working and completely cleaning up after each day.
