He spent the time to answer our questions, talk to us about what he thought was going on, and clearly explained what the process would be to fix the problem. This was a two-day job and they were on time both days and worked relentlessly in the August heat and humidity to make sure it was done properly and within the expected time frame. Chad and Jordan even took the time out during the work process to show me what they were doing and explain why they were doing it. When the inspector came out to assess the job half way through, he commented that the job looked great and was one of the best he had seen like this. When the job was ready to wrap up they did a nice job at cleaning up and doing what they could to ensure there wasn't a big mess left behind. Had to shut off water to the house and call the plumber in the morning. Called F.H. Swisher this morning and the friendly guy on the line advised I gently tighten a hidden screw inside the head and call him back if it didn't work. It worked. I really love these folks. They've done lots of work for me on different things and given good advice ("whack the controller with a wrench if this happens again"). Each time I call, I remember them coming to my childhood home and winning my mom's hard-earned respect. It's such a blessing to find an ethical and helpful home provider. Recommended.
