I personally had the Ham, Cheese, & Leeks quiche, and you can tell it was made fresh with good quality ingredients. I also LOVED their cappuccino. I usually want to add stuff like more milk or sugar, but this one was quite perfect as is. The spot is super cute! It's small, but the tree covered outdoor patio is a perfect outdoor hideaway. I would go back just to spend time in their outdoor space. It is right next to the train tracks, but I didn't find the train passing frequent or loud. Lastly, the staff is super sweet! They were excited and overwhelmed to have a large group (party of 9) like ours come in, but they helped us all out and were kind to each of us. 5 Stars for well-crafted smoothies, friendly service, and a little hidden garden patio. I'm not a fan of the big chain smoothie spots, so Equilibre had been on my list for a while. I opted for the green life smoothie with coconut water and added protein. It was rich and banana-forward (no grassy taste here!). I really appreciated the whole ingredients and loved the smoothie! I also got the chicken empanada which was big and seasoned to perfection. I would definitely get this again! I wanted to have a nice light lunch and saw great reviews of this place. I was a little skeptical at first since it looked too good to be true. I ate around noon and wasn't hungry til 7pm. I had the tuna sandwich and a green smoothie . It was all so good. My only complaint is that I wish that my smoothie was colder since within 10 min my smoothie was like warm. Maybe more ice next time when it's blended but it was so filling . The tuna sandwich was amazing and I'm picky with tuna. My favorite is that sometimes they have some extra items that aren't in the menu, such as a soup. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally from the owner. Every item from the menu that I've tried is incredible. They have many vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. They also have a case of pastries and quiches to choose from. While visiting in from Texas we ended up at the best and freshest healthy food spot in the North Orange / east College Park area. We were shopping right across the street when we noticed the patio area with the beautiful blooming vine coverage. We were just attracted to the patio that it just made sense to go over and get something tasty. The best parking to access Equilibre is street parallel parking up and down the shops and restaurants in this area. I chose to get the Green Life smoothie that included kale, spinach, avocado, banana, hemp, chia, coconut and apple. You get a standard size on almost all drinks including smoothies, juices, and teas in case you are wondering what sizes are available. I like that they choose the size for you as it is definitely more than enough and at least 20-24 ounces of a smoothie or juice. My BFF got a fresh made-to-order acai bowl that came granola, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, coconut flakes, and topped with a generous amount of chia seeds. Be sure to check the board the shop has right in front by the cashier area. There were some specials for the day listed that peaked our interest. Our smoothie and bowl was delivered directly to us outside while we sat on the patio. Even in the late morning hours the vine coverage on the patio was welcomed as the sun started its day out by shining so bright. I took my first trip to Equilibre because my son and his girlfriend were down with Covid and craving their "healthy juices." Now: to be honest, I don't care for Planet Smoothie or other commerical smoothies. They are sugary and processed and I'd rather make my own. But at the recommendation of the nice woman at Equilibre, I got a Green Smoothie. I was afraid it would taste like kale but it was delicious. It did, as the woman warned me, have "texture." I got a couple of tiny pieces of date that were (again) delicious. Best smoothie I have ever had, maybe. I also got a Salmon wrap and instantly regretted it. I mean, salmon for lunch is weird. I was trying to diversify my foods so didn't get tuna or chicken. Anyway, it was really really good. Fresh ingredients, perfectly dressed--juicy and delicious. Cute place though it's a bit confusing where you order and where you pay (there are two doors with an employees only corridor between them). Plenty of outside seating. It's a bit pricey but it should be--these guys are using really excellent ingredients and they are worth paying for. Great little place. I'll be going back. My son and his girlfriend love the healthy juices but I don't know if I'll ever be able to pass on that Green Smoothie. read more

This place is GREAT!!!! They make THE BEST açaí bowls you will ever find. Tons of fruit, fresh granola and a generous amount of açaí, at a fair price too!
