First time visiting Equilibre and I'm so happy we did. We ordered the beef empanada (wonderfully seasoned & sauces were great!) Also had the strawberry/banana smoothie & you can tell it's fresh. You actually taste the fruits not packed with sugar just real ingredients Lastly the green juice .. I've never had a juice like this. I feel like it fueled my soul. Again, real ingredients, real food, must try!!! They have a variety of bakery items as well but that's a trip for another day Service was awesome, very homey feeling. You can tell they take pride in their products and I love that!

5 Stars for well-crafted smoothies, friendly service, and a little hidden garden patio. I'm not a fan of the big chain smoothie spots, so Equilibre had been on my list for a while. I opted for the green life smoothie with coconut water and added protein. It was rich and banana-forward (no grassy taste here!). I really appreciated the whole ingredients and loved the smoothie! I also got the chicken empanada which was big and seasoned to perfection. I would definitely get this again! They have a counter full of incredible-looking quiches and the vegetarian one in particular looked STACKED with veggies! Can't wait to try it. Great little local spot worth supporting!

Beautiful restaurant, incredible food, awesome staff. This place is a whole vibe! Will definitely be back!

I wanted to have a nice light lunch and saw great reviews of this place. I was a little skeptical at first since it looked too good to be true. I ate around noon and wasn't hungry til 7pm. I had the tuna sandwich and a green smoothie . It was all so good. My only complaint is that I wish that my smoothie was colder since within 10 min my smoothie was like warm. Maybe more ice next time when it's blended but it was so filling . The tuna sandwich was amazing and I'm picky with tuna. I also ordered an empanada and I wish it had more flavor to it but chicken was tender .

The acai bowls and vibes are so on point! The ladies working were really sweet and the outdoor patio was so calm and relaxing

Wonderful little cafe in Ivanhoe. Don't walk past this one. Sandwiches, wraps and quiche, with crust made of chick peas, are appealing. We had the chicken salad wrap. Colorful and delicious. The strawberry smoothie was blended berries and a little water. All natural. The owner is from Brazil, therefore the cafe is colorful, cozy and eclectic. Check out the covered patio. The owner placed all the plants, growing them herself. Support local business. Look for the Ivanhoe sign. Equilibre is next to it.

Best vibe, nicest people, most amazing portion sizes and the tastiest items. This is definitely one of my favorite Orlando finds. My favorite smoothie is the mango mint smoothie. It tastes like a healthy mojito and is very delicious and refreshing. I also love their turkey club. It's so filling and you will definitely have leftovers. I can't wait to go back again!

!!! My favorite juice and health restaurant in Orlando. Staff is incredible and so kind. Their menu is huge! I love the options to choose from. Juice? Smoothie? Quiche? Soup?? Salad?! My favorite is that sometimes they have some extra items that aren't in the menu, such as a soup. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally from the owner. Every item from the menu that I've tried is incredible. They have many vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. They also have a case of pastries and quiches to choose from. I've never had anything bad! I do wish they have more indoor seating, but the location is so great. I hope they never move :-P I love that you can see all of the food being made right there in front of you. I cannot recommend this place enough! Please stop by when you're in the area. Enjoy a little walk around Ivanhoe village!

This is one of the best places in downtown Orlando. The service is fantastic, the food is absolutely delicious and it's a really cute, trendy vibe. I have had many things on the menu, but my go to's are the quiches, chicken salad, and salmon. The smoothies and desserts are great, too! Seriously - this place is awesome.

This restaurant was in my list to try and so glad I finally made it. I love fresh ingredients and healthy meals, so I was excited to see what they had. The staff is attentive and will answer any questions you have. They will bring your food once is ready (if you dine in) and you can dine at the patio or inside. I ordered the salmon salad and it not only looked colorful and fresh but it was delicious. It was made to order, quality ingredients, healthy and nourishing. It sure hit the spot. I topped it off with the wellness shot which made it a great way to wrap my meal. Give them a try and I sure will visit again if I am around the area.

While visiting in from Texas we ended up at the best and freshest healthy food spot in the North Orange / east College Park area. We were shopping right across the street when we noticed the patio area with the beautiful blooming vine coverage. We were just attracted to the patio that it just made sense to go over and get something tasty. The best parking to access Equilibre is street parallel parking up and down the shops and restaurants in this area. I chose to get the Green Life smoothie that included kale, spinach, avocado, banana, hemp, chia, coconut and apple. You get a standard size on almost all drinks including smoothies, juices, and teas in case you are wondering what sizes are available. I like that they choose the size for you as it is definitely more than enough and at least 20-24 ounces of a smoothie or juice. My BFF got a fresh made-to-order acai bowl that came granola, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, coconut flakes, and topped with a generous amount of chia seeds. Be sure to check the board the shop has right in front by the cashier area. There were some specials for the day listed that peaked our interest. Our smoothie and bowl was delivered directly to us outside while we sat on the patio. Even in the late morning hours the vine coverage on the patio was welcomed as the sun started its day out by shining so bright. In the shade we enjoyed the delicious and fresh items we got as the Florida wind cooled us down for a minute before we set off to our next adventure.

I can't wait to return to this small eatery/Cafe. The food was simple and tasty, well presented, and prepared by a person who truly cares about what they are doing. Then, there's the added benefit of having a lovely variety healthy menu options to choose from. While we were waiting for our food to be prepared, other customers were singing praises about the food and telling us that we were "in for a treat "! They were 100% correct! We enjoyed eating on the patio. Parking is "street parking" and is limited. So keep that in mind.

Tiny hole in the wall but once you're inside there is a very nice amount of seating, both tables and a barstool area to sit at. I placed an order and proceeded to sit at the bar area and wait for my food. Once it came out (super fast despite how many people were there), I understood why the sandwiches here are a little on the pricier side. The Ya-Mon which is jerk chicken, sweet plantains, pork rinds, jalapeno pesto, mango jam, gouda, jerk lime mayo, was heavenly. All the flavors blended in perfectly and the bread was so soft. The lime mayo was outstanding! It was about $16 and we'll worth every penny. The staff was super friendly and got everything cooked and sent out to each table very quickly. I will say if you come here during peak times, be ready to take the order to eat in your car or somewhere else because the tables filled up insanely fast while I was here!

I do wish their patio had more coverage though, great little outside seating area but often the sun is beating down on you and that sucks.

My latest meal from there was their boxed lunch combo. I had their seasonal Thanksgiving sandwich as the main component of the boxed lunch. It was fantastic--everything I love about Thanksgiving dinner sandwiched between two pieces of fluffy, flavorful focaccia. I would gladly order that again and again. I also had the seasonal pumpkin spice cookie in the box. It was a crispy cookie and I'm more of a soft, chewy cookie person, but the flavor was still good. On other visits, I've tried their sunrise egg bites (tasty), chicken caesar bowl (delish), and Belgian chocolate salted caramel cookies (addictive). Incredibly disappointed in the TLB. I've been a fan for a long time, especially their dry aged…read moremeats, and am more than willing to pay for this type of product. Today, though, I noticed them selling Japanese Wagyu as: Sake Infused Dry Aged A9 Kobe Strip. This is a very scammy way of selling a product. First, meat is graded broadly on three scales - USDA (choice, prime), BMS (beef marbling scale - common in Aus), and the Japanese grading scale. (A1-A5, with most high end steaks being A4 or the gold standard, A5). https://meatnbone.com/blogs/the-clever-cleaver/meat-beef-grading-system-understanding A9 doesn't exist. A BMS 9 could be an A5. But this is mislabeled. They have also used the term A11 in their instagram account. Maybe they are confusing BMS for A-scale, or maybe they are intentionally trying to make their product seem better than competitors. Furthermore, not all Japanese Wagyu is Kobe beef. Kobe beef refers to Tajima cattle raised in Hyogo Japan. The export of this beef is highly regulated to only certain restaurants and purveyors, who will display a seal and certificate certifying the origin of the beef. It is rare, expensive, and most importantly, Bush Brothers (Local Butcher's wholesale purveyor) is not certified to sell, nor do they use in any way, the term Kobe Beef. So it is incredibly likely that this product is mislabeled. This isn't illegal (Kobe beef doesn't have a TM in the US), but it is disingenuous. https://www.kobe-niku.jp/en/contents/certification/index.html https://instagram.com/bushbros Next, "sake infused"is incredibly confusing. Is it referring to the myth that Kobe cattle are massaged with sake? Is it referred to the use of koji (fermented cooked rice) which is often used as an aging accelerant? Or did they really take Japanese Wagyu and infuse (inject, soak?) with sake? And why on earth would you do that!? It would be like making sangria with a bottle of DRC. This product is likely a A5 strip loin (which Bush Bros. does carry) that has been aged. Market price would be somewhere around $175-185/lb. (An unaged cut would be around $150/lb.) When I asked for more information on the most expensive cut of meat in their shop, I was treated with disdain and a dismissive attitude. Neither member of the staff could answer my questions other than to say "It's the highest grade of Kobe beef." To charge $215 dollars for a grade that doesn't exist, for a steak that isn't from Kobe, with an aging method that seems dubious at best, is disingenuous and plays on a lack of consumer knowledge. If The Local Butcher themselves don't know the differences here, they shouldn't sell this product. If they do, they should be ashamed of themselves.
