3.Spicy Miso Ramen

Cute and small counter service Ramen restaurant with minimum seating. Went here after skiing at Buck Hill with a couple of friends. Tables were reserved, but we were lucky enough to grab one as a couple was leaving. The Ramen was good. Nothing to rave over, but not disappointing. I have my favorite ramen spots in the twin cities already established, but I wouldn't be opposed to trying more of Itton's menu options.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is super cool. The food had much flavor.

We had been to their Bloomington location before, so we were excited to have one so close to home! Same great taste, just a smaller space! Parking is plenty in the strip mall location of this spot. Upon entry, you'll grab a menu and order at the counter. Menu is filled with great options. The space itself is quite small, but there were seats for us. I wouldn't recommend coming with a group larger than 4. The only improvement I would suggest is friendlier servers. The guys behind the counter were very quiet and not super friendly during our stay! The food was just what the doctor ordered on a rainy summer day. We started with the gyoza, pan fried and deep fried. I preferred the pan fried version because of the texture and flavor vs the deep fried version. The Itton Buns were good, but the meat was a bit cold. The tonkatsu Ramen was delicious, featuring all the fixings, a good serving of noodles, and served piping hot! Will definitely be our go-to spot since it's less than 5 minutes from home!

Whenever I'm picking up an order, I'm always greeted kindly. The transaction is always smooth and food is completed in a timely manner. Good food takes times and it's WORTH the wait. Parking is very easy btw! Huge lot. I love the decorations and artwork all over the restaurant. It's very modern, traditional, and comforting. Food is delicious such as the Ramen and numerous appetizers they offer. This place is always a go to when I'm in the mood for noodles - Anthony

I really enjoyed this little spot! Food was hot and fresh and had great flavor! 22. Chicken Chashu Yaki Udon was a great classic meal. Perfectly cooked and tender with yummy mild flavor. 3. Spicy Miso Ramen with pork was definitely spicy and had a unique flavor. Overall quite yummy. 14. Chicken Chashu Fried Rice had great flavor and was very fresh. Ebi Fry (crispy shrimp) was the only dish we wouldn't get again. It was fresh, but it really wasn't anything special. I'd say the others dishes made up for this one. I would like to see more friendly and engaging employees. We tried to get some water, but it was warm and there was no ice. Everything else was fine, so not a huge deal. Overall we'd totally come back! Fast, fresh, and casual spot!

It took a little longer to get my order than the estimated time when I placed my order but it was around dinner time so I get it. Was difficult though because I had my nephews in the car and was hoping to be able to be in and out. Food was good, even though I ordered it to go and didn't get to eat it until an hour later the broth was still hot (not hot after mixing the ingredients in so I had to microwave it). Love that they packaged everything separately so that it doesn't noodles bloat before you can actually enjoy it. It's on a smaller scale for dine in but they had plenty of seating inside for diners and even had a few outside seating. Ample parking too. Decor was cute and eclectic but also felt a bit like someone just threw up anything they could find in anime. Overall if I were in the area I'd try it again.

Good little ramen spot! We arrived close to closing time, and they were nice enough to let us in and serve us. I ordered my Tonkatsu spicy, and they got it just the way I like it. We also ordered Chicken Karaage and it was delicious. Inside is nicely decorated, there's a lot of Japan inspired posters. We will definitely return.

This is not a great ramen spot. Ambiance is okay, restaurant was clean, but the ramen was boring.

Usually there is a very nice young girl working the front. Today I decided I wanted lunch while I take a break from DoorDashing. I walked into the restaurant and saw my order was ready but I had to use the restroom so I proceeded to walk toward the back where they are located. As I'm walking back there an older crabby woman with a permanent frown moved the phone away from her mouth and yelled, "excuse me"! I looked at her in shock and said, "I'm going to use the restroom". I'm 36 and something like this has never happened in all my years of life. Why on Earth would I walk to the back of the restaurant with a secret agenda!? People usually wash their hands before they eat anyways. I 100% feel like she said that to me because I am brown. I use the restroom at many restaurants all day as a doordasher and I have never had someone try to stop me when it's very obvious where I was going. I've never written a review before but I think during the times we are in other brown people need to be aware of the microaggressions the Apple Valley staff, specifically the crabby old woman has toward brown people. I will not be coming back to this location after this Interaction. I'm not spending my money AND TIPPING people who think I'm a threat. Don't come here, drive to the Eagan location.

I asked what black fungus was and was told mainly mushroom noodles. I decided on Niku Soba Ramen which is: Hakata style, Thin sliced pork belly, onion( I ordered without), Simmered in chef special sauce, fish cake, sesame seed and black garlic oil in Tonkatsu Base. I added beans sprouts. I thought the white circled thing was ginger, but that is the fish cake. I slurped, used chop sticks, and used spoon. Yum. The pork belly was good too. I tried my husband's seafood noodle dish, but it tasted oily. The calamari was basic elastic rubber band taste, that I spit out. Chicken wings were $8 for 8. We shared some without sauce. Very basic but my husband likes basic food. I haven't tried pho or pha before and might try in the future. The lady was working alone and really hustled and multi tasked. I took a bite out of seaweed paper and left it behind. I have my carbs for the day/week. We have Itton Ramen close by and may try them next. Highly recommend!!! See photo for descriptions.

The servers were attentive and we did not even need to use the call button. Food came out quickly, it was delicious. The broth is flavorful, they add in a good amount of extra ingredients. The ramen was still good the next day, not soggy as you'd expect. They have cayenne pepper and some pickled peppers if you want more spice to the ramen. The bubble tea here is also really good, it's nice and easy to order with the kiosks they have. The overall atmosphere is very nice, makes you feel like you are in Japan, they even have the umbrella bags for rainy days!

The pork bao and matcha dessert were just okay but the ramen was rich and comforting. The noodles were not too soft, and the pork was tender and flavorful. It doesn't compare to ramen I've had in Japan or even LA but it hits the spot when I'm craving it!

After 10 minutes, the restaurant cancelled the order (meaning their DoorDash portal was on that they were accepting orders and active and that they had to manually cancel it). I now have a large sum of money that I do not receive back in a refund for 3-10 days not to mention still having to get a large meal order with 100.00 less dollars in my pocket to do it with. All of this is due to the restaurant not correctly utilizing the tech that they are provided to set the available hours and then cancelling once an order that they weren't apparently prepared to actually make came in. This is my second experience with this location. Last time I ordered from them I paid extra for char siu and for eggs which I didn't receive as well. Very disappointing particularly in a field of many quality ramen establishments.
