Yesterday I went to eRepair to have my I Phone 6's screen replaced. 10 mins later, it was replaced? Later on I noticed the home button was wobbly, and the left side had a gap, which lends that either, the repair was done in haste? Or it was a possible quality issue with the 'after market' screen. When pressing down the gap, I noticed a hairline crack. Returning the next day, after work, the owner "Sam" became defensive, stating I was the cause of all the myriad of issues. read more

This review is long overdue. In walking distance from the blue line, this is by far the best phone repair place I have ever been to. I got my I phone 6s Plus screen fixed for under 70$!!! I could get the same service at the apple store for nearly double the price. The prices are so amazing, and the guy who fixed my phone (Sam) was extremely helpful and kind. He really went above and beyond when helping me. I was worried that my Sim Card wouldn't register (with a previously locked phone) so he spent extra time *testing the sim cards* making sure that it would work. Unfortunately I managed to smash the screen of my iPhone 5. The staff went way above and beyond for me. They replaced the screen immediately and when the phone was still not working they lent me a phone and took my phone to try a couple other screen. It turns out the phone was damaged beyond the screen. They helped me back up my broken phone despite it being broken beyond repair and refunded my screen purchase. I owe these guys one. THINK TWICE! I got my iphone 6 plus screen replaced there about a month an a half ago. I have had to go back twice because half of the screen stopped responding to touch. It has now stopped working for the third time in a month and a half. It is now past the 30 day guarantee. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere. I took it into another repair shop and they told me the screen is faulty. Now I have to go elsewhere to have my phone repaired. WHAT A WASTE!! They may have cheaper price but doesn't make a difference if you having to pay to go elsewhere. read more

I came here about a year ago to fix a broken charge port on my iPhone 4. I was terrified when it just went dark one day and they fixed it right then and there in 15 minutes for $50. Beautiful. My iphone was a handmedown so pretty shortly after that my home button got stuck but I left it alone...for a year. What can I say, I procrastinate. ANYWAY, yesterday my roommate's screen died on her iphone 4 as well, and I told her "DON'T BUY A NEW ONE. I'll take you to erepair." We went this morning and the kind gentleman immediately said, "no problem, give me an hour, sixty bucks." And he agreed to fix my home button while we were there for $30. One long brunch later and we both had perfect phones again! He even knocked $10 off the price because he had to give my roommate a white screen instead of a black one (which was really no problem). To top it off, I had purchased a yelp deal last year for $30 for $50 of repairs. Even though that deal was when they were under different management, he honored it which knocked our repairs down to a whole $30. It was incredibly generous and really great business and makes me wish we would have brought him back a donut from brunch as a thank you. :) I'd recommend these guys to everyone and anyone. I came in to this store hoping they might be able to fix the broken ear piece on my iphone 5. They immediately told me it wouldn't be a problem, quoted me a price and said it would take 15 minutes. Ten minutes later I had my phone back and it was working perfectly. They also cleaned out some dust from my camera while they had it open. I stopped in yesterday to get the cracked screen on my Galaxy S4 repaired. I was quoted a price of $90 (which was very reasonable) and the guy said that my phone would be ready for pick up at that location within 6 - 24 hours. I was hesitant about leaving my phone for that long, seeing as it is my only means of communication, but the screen needed to be fixed. I told the man at the desk that I had read online about people being in and out within 15 minutes online and he said that was only the case with iPhones... ok. I didn't hear anything from them all day, so when I got home from work I gave them a call (over Skype) - approximately 24 hours after I had dropped my phone off. The same guy from yesterday answered and told me that my phone was repaired and ready, but that it was at a different location, a location OVER AN HOUR AWAY. I guess something happened with their delivery guy (he gave me no details) and he hadn't dropped it off. My choices were to either go and get it tonight or wait until who knows when tomorrow. I needed my phone, so I decided to venture out into the depths of the South side. When I finally got there, I got my phone and it looked fine. The man who gave me my phone asked for the $90 I was quoted and I told him that I didn't think that was fair, seeing as the agreement had been broken (about 4 hours ago) and I'd had to drive over an hour away to pick up my device. I offered $60, but the lowest he would take was $75. On top of that, other employees in the store were making rude comments about how I was "harder than the customers from the South side" (I guess he was referring to our negotiation) - this made no sense because I was polite and reasonable the entire time. While I understand they may have been backed up and had issues with whoever, I didn't appreciate the drive or being made to feel like I was being ridiculous when I was only asking for what was fair. read more

HORRIBLE! Took lap top in to get cleaned up and running better and spy ware added. When I got it home- not running any faster, pop ups still happening and NO SPY WARE ADDED. Called and 'the technician' wasn't in but told me to bring my computer in and they will look at. Took coputer in and 'technician' wasn't there. Left my computer overnight. Went to pick it up the next day and they still had not done anything and said they would look at it some more if I left another day. All the explanations were a run around. No direct answers. All I wanted was a refund. Gave me only 1/3 of my money back and I left with my computer not running any better. Customer service sucks! read more

I went twice to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 8 and the service was fast, the employees were super cool both times! My ONLY issue is that the screen seems to not be as quality as the iPhone screen, my phone doesn't always recognize my touch (I have to tap keys a certain way or harder and it seems to lag) I'm gonna try to get in there sometime soon and see if there's any way they could fix it because it seems to be the ONLY issue w/ the screen it's just such an annoying issue. Ok two years later... Different phone. I had an issue again with my charging port. I had such a good experience last time that I didn't think twice about coming here. Second time around Sam helped me put and I had the same great experience. On top of the port being messed up, I told Sam that my battery was dying very quickly. As I initially feared, it seems the guys at eRepairSolution are only interested in finding a temporary fix for your damaged phone and letting you deal with further hardships down the road. I had a broken USB port on my Iphone. eRepair was able to change out a part and charged me - $130. I obliged to pay the high margin in the glow of an operating phone. They said to come back with any concerns, and I, regrettably, filmed a short testimonial on their timeliness and effectiveness. A month passes, I am experiencing problems with my home screen button not reacting. A month more, my phone entirely shuts down at 50% battery. One more week, my phone dies and cannot be revived. My suggestion is to avoid eRepair for temporary fixes to damaged phones. A new phone with insurance is probably worth avoiding the added time, money, and stress that comes with repairing a previously defective phone. read more
