I've been using Brad Order CPA for our Corporate Taxes over the last 5 years. The first year,…read moreeverything wen't smoothly, but each year following, the service got worse and worse, but the Bill went up and up! The Returns Started costing around $1500.00 then went up to nearly $3000.00, for the same amount or even less work! Not only that, but the last 3 years, at least, out taxes never even got completed until late in the summer. One of these years, it cost my wife and I $500 personally, for not paying "estimated taxes due" to the IRS, because Order, couldn't get them done on time, or even within a few months of being due! Not to mention receiving random billings, the last 2 years, for an extra $200 or $300 later in the year, with no explanation of what it was for on the invoice! To top things off, after switching accountants due to this ongoing poor treatment, we have been dicked around by him and his employees, to obtain journal entries for previous years taxes, for which we had paid for but never received. It took several weeks, emails, and phone calls to get something that should have been a "same day service"! I would avoid using this service, as they obviously cannot service the amount of clients that they have, and it shows!

They gave horrible advice that allowed a person with limited capacity to burn through money in excess of ira distributions unnecessarily that resulted in maximum tax liability. They also failed to protect my family member from a person known to have a judgment against them for defrauding an elder in their care. Horrible financial advice, horrible partner in tough times. Arrogant. Superiority complex. Do not use.
