And they have been able to help me with some specific topics - confidently clearing the Opening Equity Balance that was generated when I initially sync'ed the bank account, guiding on duplicate Credit Card accounts, understand reconciliations, etc. Even if you know how to do accounting, they are a great sounding board to give you more confidence. If you don't know anything about accounting, I'm sure they can help you get the books done. And, unlike Intuit support, you have more of an ongoing relationship with them.
