Just got our wedding photos back from Eric and we couldn't be happier! He got us some teaser photos over just a couple of HOURS after our wedding was over, got the rest of the 900+ photos to us within 2 months, AND the photo quality definitely exceeded our expectations! I can confidently say that Eric has improved between the time of our engagement shoot to our wedding day. Aside from the quality of his work, he was great with our bridal party and clicked well with family and guests. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to click with your photographer on a personal/friend level because if you do, you will be much more relaxed and your photos will capture the goofiness and fun that your wedding day is. His second shooters were also amazing to work with and all great people. We could have gone with other photographers who were more "well-known" and paid a couple of thousand dollars more, but we're so glad we went with Eric and got our perfect wedding photos! Eric is an amazing photographer! He is extremely kind, understanding, genuine, patient, and hilarious! My fiancé and I had a specific and unique envision for 3 separate shoots: 1. Our first engagement photo shoot (in SF) 2. Our engagement celebration with family 3. Our second engagement photo shoot (2 and 3-both in Carmel). For our very first engagement shoot, my fiancé and I had (4) four outfit changes, for (4) four specific locations within SF. Eric had a portable changing booth (which made changing so much easier!) We spent about 10-12 hours on the first shoot. Simply posing for the pictures was so much fun and exciting. Eric made us laugh a lot which made us very comfortable. He was able to catch our moments of blissful romance. Eric is also very creative! He has a great eye for making ordinary things...pop! From posing on a typical bench, or walking through an ivy arch walkway..he was able to capture our genuine laughter and the background/scenery in such delight! The day was definitely long but the photos were worth every second! Our families adored Eric at our engagement celebration! We celebrated at Casanova Restaurant in Carmel. We had an art gallery theme using our initial engagement photos (taken by Eric in SF) as decor throughout the Harvest Room. Our family was amazed by our photos and still (till this I day) compliment us on the amazing poses/style of photos! They also loved meeting Eric. He captured those details which made that day so amazing. From our decor, the cake, family conversation, kids playing, speech...everything! He is such a fun guy to work with. My uncles and cousins even took a selfie with him! Our third photo shoot was after our engagement celebration on Carmel/ Pebble Beach. I remember, Eric asked, how adventurous we were feeling. I knew this was going to be something exciting! He had an envision to capture a great shot. He stood on the beach (on the lower area), while we climbed a hill to get on higher grounds (in front of Pebble Beach) the shot was amazing. The photo captured the larger scenery, while we remained in a certain quadrant of the shot. Eric captured the romance between my finance and I. That is what mattered! To summarize, I highly recommend Eric for his creativity, patience, and honesty. He is very professional (in his work and attire), as well as efficient. Eric is fantastic! His entire crew is very friendly and professional! Not to mention his pictures are the best I've ever seen! I hired him to do my wedding and he did an amazing job, the pictures are so beautiful! I hit a snag when I discovered that my grooms cake was decorated with an awful color, I didn't notice until it was too late and the photos were already taken. I emailed him afterwards and he managed to photoshop the cake to the color I originally wanted it in! I am so grateful for all of his hard work! I highly recommend Eric to future brides! Eric Le, sounds pretty normal, seems pretty normal, and should be a normal guy. But no, Eric was better than normal and his work was better than normal. Met Eric through a friend and was hesitant about picking him as our wedding photographer but he proved that it was the right choice. Eric would personally do things I did not expect of wedding vendors, like delivering stuff directly to you just to make sure you get it in time. He was very accommodating in where we would meet up and when. He would take the time to actually get to know you a bit and create a nice relationship where it was not just business. We enjoyed this a lot as it made us feel more comfortable knowing our photographer was someone we knew by the time it was our wedding day. From the start we were able to communicate easily with Eric and we were able to hash out all the details without any trouble. Eric made it really easy to work with him. Although we did not ask for too much he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy our wedding day and not stress about the little stuff. Rolling through dirt and grass just to get the right picture seemed like the norm to him. He even drove us to go take engagement photos in the city. He picked out pretty awesome people to be a part of his team as well. Even though we met his second photographer the day of the wedding it felt like we knew him for a while as well. We used Eric Le Photography for both engagement photos and our wedding day. Worth it! Eric and his team are talented, professional, and fun. They have an eye for great shots. I'm not a very good model, but Eric knows exactly what he's doing and will help you along the way. He made us feel very comfortable. Modeling for a photos can seem odd for the amateur model, but just trust him, your photos will turn out great. He's also extremely patient. We had a million family photos to take after our ceremony (during cocktail hour) and various family members were running in and out of the shot while other family members were trying to take photos on their phones, but he never complained once and never ever made us feel rushed. He really knows how to go with the flow and works with you and your schedule. His team is worth every penny. Eric was the perfect choice for our small ceremony! I was really nervous, as I'm not publicly affectionate. Frankly, I don't even think my parents had ever seen my husband and me kiss before we got married. But Eric was super relaxed, and his demeanor made the whole process fun and painless. Despite our tiny group, sometimes I forgot he was even there. This made a huge difference, as some of my favorite shots ended up being candid moments when I didn't even realize he had been shooting! Needless to say, he is also an artist who captures what could have been "commodity" shots and makes them into something special. He can take great traditional photos, but he also takes amazing, unique shots, like the one with us at the bottom of the staircase in city hall. LOTS of photographers take photos there, but in my google searches I never saw any that captured the ambience and lighting the way Eric did! Beside our wedding planner, choosing Eric as our photographer was one of our best decisions for our wedding. I couldn't have been happier with Eric and his work. He is very easy to work with, very flexible, and always on time. My husband and I were in the East coast while trying to plan a wedding in SJ, so at first our communication was mainly through emails. Eric is very professional, and prompt in answering emails, and address my questions. I would usually get a reply from him within 24 hrs. He's not only a professional, but also a very fun person to work with. He knows how to have fun, and make us feel comfortable while being professional. I'm so glad I was able to have Eric be the one to capture our special moment! My husband immigrated to the states on a fiance visa and we decided to get married in San Francisco City Hall. Eric was there every step of the way... even a step ahead of us, in fact! We gave Eric our license appointment and ceremony appointment times and he was already checking through security by the time we arrived. Eric was able to utilize every moment as an opportunity to create a special memory for us. He shot us swearing our oaths in the county clerk office, snuck in some shots while we waited for our ceremony check-in, and took more shots around the building after we celebrated at a nearby restaurant. Eric is AWESOME! We hired him for our wedding back in March and he was everything we wanted in a photographer. And here's why: Through all the wedding planning and day-of craziness, Eric was very accommodating and understanding. He is very easy to work with and his communication (via email, text, calls) is prompt. Eric did a family photo shoot a couple weeks ago and he was so great from start to finish! He was so helpful when it came to giving us ideas for locations, answering all my questions and very flexible when it came to finding a date and time that worked for everyone! Eric is a wonderful photographer. He's got a great (fish) eye for taking photos. He's very friendly and professional and is just so passionate about what he does that it shows in his work. We loved his ability to set up shots and for us to be candid and just have fun with it. His ability to work with other people is also a great attribute. He's charismatic and does what it takes to get the perfect shot, whether it be getting dirty (on the floor shots) or getting wet (from the oncoming waves).
