Someone had broken my driver door lock and entered that way then proceeded to jam my ignition cylinder where I wasn't able to fully engage my keys to turn on my vehicle. I tried to ask the dealership where I had bought my car to fix it but they were too afraid to touch it because it wasn't a vehicle brand they normally work with (bought it at a Honda dealership). So I tried calling the Kia dealership and they were backed up for two weeks for service but they gave me a number to their body shop where they send all their vehicles and the quote I got from them to fix both issues was well over $1k. I was feeling frustrated, irritated, pissed and sad all at the same time so I decided to search on Yelp for a locksmith and came across this hidden gem. David immediately responded to my quote I had sent via yelp and he gave me a quoted price that was less than half the body shop was asking for and he was able to meet me immediately instead of waiting for days like other places. He charged me $299.00, $175.00 for the "custom" cover and $110.00 for labor plus tax. After a year later due to a problem with "Joey and his Son" making excuses as to not having the part in and that I tried to dispute the charge (in which made Joey very upset). Joey told me to "come back next week" and he will put the cover and lock on.
