LADIES - IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BREAST REDUCTION SURGEON - YOU'VE FOUND HIM. Seriously I could…read morenever say enough good things about Dr. Mosier and his office staff and this review is long overdue. I have wanted a breast reduction for the last 20 years. I have had many consultations, but there was always an issue with Insurance or timing. I believe now that was truly divine intervention so that I could meet Dr. Mosier and have him perform my surgery. I went from a G to a B and they look AMAZING. Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. My back pain is gone, clothes fit me, I don't have to wear seven bras to workout, truly it's incredible. I wish I would've done this sooner, but then it probably wouldn't have been with Dr. Mosier. From the very first appointment where I almost cried, he was so kind and so was his entire office staff. They are truly the best. So kind, so understanding and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. Then finally came surgery day which I was so nervous for. PIECE OF CAKE. I've had two children and this was one billion times easier than giving birth and recovery. I guess I should have expected that, but I've never had surgery so didn't know. I cannot believe how easy recovery was and how quick. Dr. Mosier repeatedly assured me before I left that if I had any issues, they would be there for me and would be easy to get ahold of and so responsive, and they were. He even talked directly to my husband after hours one night when I was concerned about an off looking suture (it was fine, I'm just anxious.) Truly, Dr. Mosier was so kind, supportive, and so TALENTED. I don't know that I had the highest expectations, not because of Dr. Mosier, but just because I felt like what I was working with before was so bad. And WOW. When I tell you they look FAKE they're so good. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. I would do this whole process again in a heartbeat. To have such an AMAZING visual outcome was life changing, but to have it with such a wonderful doctor and equally wonderful office staff was also just such a pleasant experience. THANK YOU DR. M! Could never say thank you enough! You've changed my life!

His bedside manner, professionalism and skillset are top notch. It is clear Dr. Mosier's staff all love him and the nurses in the surgical hospital raved about him the entire time I was there. Any doctor who is loved by his team like this man is a true gem. My results are life changing and I cannot thank this team and Dr. Mosier enough. Do yourself a favor and grab a consult with him, you won't regret it!

I was VERY apprehensive about the procedure itself... although everyone told me I would be extremely satisfied after... and I was!!! I have had MANY orthopedic surgeries - at hospitals and surgery centers -- so I have many experiences to compare Dr. Fisher's surgery experience to. From the first moment I walked in on surgery day -- the experience was different. It was JUST ME in the surgery center! I got 100% individual attention. The waiting area reminded me more of a waiting area for a massage. Very calm and relaxed... the team was friendly, comfortable and casual. It all put me very at ease. The surgery experience and pain management experience was flawless. I actually took one advil after surgery... and I don't think I even needed it. The staff is hyper professional and pleasant. The kind of people you want to be friends with. Every appt has been easy and pleasant from the moment i walked in the door until the moment I walked out. Dr Fisher is a PRO! I know that she is extremely well-regarded in her field and has exceptional credentials and experience. Aside from that she's a great person -- super easy to talk to- very real and relatable. As you can tell -- I can't say enough positive things about Dr Fisher's practice. I continue to recommend her practice to friends. I also started using the MedSpa as soon as it opened!

I waited over a year before writing this review because I understood that plastic surgery results take time to settle, and the one-year mark is generally when final results can be more fairly evaluated. Unfortunately, even after giving my body that time, my experience and results remain very disappointing. I want to be clear that I was happy with my body before surgery. I did not seek out surgery because I disliked myself or expected perfection. I chose Dr. Fisher because her practice was woman-owned and because she appeared to specialize in natural-looking, reconstructive-style results. I still like my body, but after spending around $20,000, I do not feel the changes to my body reflect the cost, expectations, or level of care I believed I was choosing. I also do not feel that I went in requesting an extreme or drastic transformation. I was already fit and in shape, and I was seeking subtle refinements - not a full-body makeover. That is part of why the visible scarring, asymmetry, and overall outcome have been so disappointing. For the amount I paid, I expected thoughtful, precise changes that aligned with what we discussed. Before surgery, I made it very clear that scarring was one of my biggest concerns. I was specifically told that the liposuction entry sites would be "freckle-sized," microscopic, and/or hidden. That was not my outcome. The liposuction scars are very visible and clearly surgical. They are identical and placed in the exact same spots on both sides of my body -including my upper butt, lower butt, and pubic area. Because they are symmetrical and positioned identically, they do not look like natural blemishes or tiny marks. They clearly appear to be surgical scars, which was exactly what I expressed concern about before surgery. I was also left with three large vertical scars on my upper inner thigh that are approximately several inches long. I did not originally request inner-thigh liposuction, but during consultation I was told many women like taking a small amount of fat from that area, so I agreed. I never expected to end up with large visible scars in that location. In regard to my breast augmentation, I communicated that I wanted to be a full C cup with more fullness on top because I have a muscular build. I discussed wanting closer to 350-400cc implants, but ended up with smaller implants than expected. When I later expressed disappointment about the size, I was told I could "always go bigger later." That comment was frustrating because going bigger is not as simple as sizing up a pair of shoes. It would mean paying for an entirely new surgery, going under anesthesia again, and going through another recovery process. That is not a small or casual fix, especially when sizing was something I tried to be very clear about before surgery. My breasts are also uneven, with one hanging noticeably lower than the other. On my left side, I can feel the implant in a way that makes the skin feel thin and stretched, almost as if the pocket was placed too low or the tissue was stretched too much. The asymmetry and overall result were not what I expected. At my follow-up appointment, when I tried to explain how upsetting the experience and results had been for me, Dr. Fisher became emotional and cried during the appointment. While I understand surgeons are human, the appointment did not feel solution-focused and it became uncomfortable trying to discuss my concerns. During that same appointment, Nurse Hawna repeatedly attempted to lift her shirt to show me her own breast implant scars after I had already declined seeing them multiple times. I told her several times that I did not need to see them, but she continued insisting. I found the interaction uncomfortable and confusing, especially because her scars were much smaller than mine and she stated they were still visible after 10 years. I did not understand how that addressed my concerns. When I later requested my medical records, I was surprised by how limited and one-sided the notes felt. The records mostly documented my complaints and emotional reactions, but did not fully reflect the conversations about expectations, scarring concerns, sizing discussions, or what was communicated to me before surgery and during follow-up appointments. Overall, I do not feel my results matched what I was told to expect, particularly regarding scarring, symmetry, implant sizing, and post-operative communication. I wish I had been given more realistic expectations before agreeing to these procedures.

After much research and visiting with at least 5 cosmetic surgeons, I found Dr. Rosenberger at Facial Focus. Rose is a joy and gave me the first impression of Facial Focus when I set my appointment. From my first consultation visit through my follow-up, I knew I was in the right place. The office and staff have a very welcoming vibe and Dr. R has a kind, caring demeanor. He took his time and explained everything that he would do and made suggestions as to the best course of action. We settled on a lower face and neck lift with fat transplants. Dr. Rs nurse Stephanie called me just before surgery to help me feel comfortable and assured me I would have a pleasant experience and that she would be there throughout the surgery. The surgery was successful and the recovery was easy. I would definitely do it again. I am so very happy with the results. Thank you so much Dr. Rosenberger. You truly made me feel refreshed and young again without making me look fake. You accomplished exactly what I asked for. im a very young-thinking 73 years old and didn't realize how old I was looking. After photos were almost 7 weeks post surgery!
