Beware! I had lipo and skin removal from my lower stomach. After surgery I noticed a bulge of fat above my belly button still there , the doctor told me it could be swelling and to wait until 6 months , 6 months came and it was still there . Then he said wait 1 year waited and it's still there ! I feel he should have fixed it since I paid so much money for this surgery. He wanted to charge me 600$ per session for cool sculpt or another 3k for Lipo for a small are of fat that he missed when he lipo me ! He is not very professional or polite person at all ! Now I have to pay another surgeon to fix the bulge he left on my stomach that now I am insecure about . My first appointment in March 2022 went well. I returned for another round of injections to open my eyes and lift my brows on September 6,2022. Dr came in and said, "same as last time?" I responded, "yes". The injections were very painful. Later in the day I called his assistant that my right eye was drooping. She spoke with Dr and he said that should not happen. After two weeks I returned to see Dr Okamoto because my eye was worse than before the injection. I explained to his assistant why I was there. When Dr entered I told him my concern and his response was, "If you're not happy you should see another Dr." I was shocked. I thought he would exam me and correct my eye. Instead he sat on the sofa and showed no concern for my feelings. He said it would go away in 3 months. I was very upset as to the way I was treated. If you are looking for lipo do NOT go here. I got it on my stomach and when I took off the bandages I was already disappointed. It did not make me any skinnier, only changed the shape of my stomach (in a bad way). My belly button used to be oval top to bottom, now its oval to the sides and sags so much the top part is almost touching the bottom. (I am 5'6, 120 pounds and in shape). I am thinking about getting surgery from another doctor to get it back how it used to be. Aside from the surgery, when I went in for my post consultation, I was wearing a sorority shirt and he made a joke about sorority girls being with a lot of men which I thought was very unprofessional. I feel that Dr. Okamoto is an experienced plastic surgeon. He did a great job on my face because I look natural and younger. All the loose skin is gone and the scars are well hidden.
