I have been receiving Botox from Dr. Bachelor for over 11 years. I took a break after having my daughter and saved up enough money to get another treatment that I so desperately needed by buying some of Botox's gift card specials. I was looking to get in before the holidays and Dr. Bachelor was booked out so I decided to give his nurse practitioner a try. Tracy was extremely friendly and even let my daughter come in to watch because I didn't have a babysitter. I am extremely grateful for that. I only get 20 units mainly injected into my 11's and some above the brow for a lift. After about a week I noticed that the right side of my face was drooping so I called the office to get looked at. Dr. Bachelor so kindly explained that the Botox could have migrated and offered to inject a little more underneath my brow to help count act the drooping. This did help a little and I feel bad for the 3 stars but it is only 6 weeks since my original Botox appointment and I have complete movement already. I don't have the luxury of spending a lot of money on myself and was hoping the $300 for 20 units would at least last 3 months. It's hasn't even been half that time. Disappointed for sure. read more

From the very first consultation, everything about the laser services was clearly explained to me -- including the technology being used, realistic expectations, pricing, and aftercare. Nothing felt deceptive or misleading. In fact, I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were. It also sounds like this reviewer may have had very specific expectations and wanted things handled a certain way. From my experience, the team is professional, knowledgeable, and confident in their protocols -- which might come across as "controlling" to someone who doesn't like medical guidance. But I personally value that structure because it shows they care about safety and proper outcomes. Regarding physician oversight, I felt fully supported and comfortable with the level of supervision provided. The medical team works collaboratively, and I never once felt unattended or misled. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but labeling this as "false advertisement" just doesn't reflect the experience I -- and others I know -- have had. She manages to make my face feel and look natural yet so well rested. The office is large, welcoming, and has plenty of parking. So far I've mostly worked with Tracy for injections but if I were ever to do anything more surgical, Dr. bachelor is who I would pick in Pleasanton. There are so many places to get injections done, but in my experience, it is very rare to find somebody who can make you look younger, fresher, but still look natural. It's a shame that I am writing this review because Dr. Bachelor himself seemed very kind, as well as the majority of his staff. Last night the office was holding an event where customers can meet with representatives, find more info about products/services, enter a raffle, etc. It was a perfect opportunity for me to check out the office because I've been looking for a local business to go to. I have never felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed in a professional setting in my life. I spoke with Linda because I had questions about Botox for my forehead and possible filler for my lips. She went on to tell me about the deals for 2 full syringes of juvederm and vollure. She probably thought I didn't think I needed a whole 2nd syringe so tells me could put some on my laugh lines and looks at my chin, and tells me she could put some there too. At this point I felt super flushed under my skin. Mind you, we were talking out in the open and there are people within an earshot of us and I felt like these extra areas of my face were being picked out. Then comes the last shocker. She grabbed a sheet of the prices and told me to look over the deals and regular prices and "see if you can afford it because it's expensive". If I can AFFORD it? How can any business AFFORD to speak to a potential client like that? It would have been fine to give me the prices and send me off on my way but I could not believe the last parting message she left me with. So rude. Yes, these type of services do not come with a cheap price tag, but most of your tech savvy potential-clients will come fully aware of that. They may be just like me, looking for a trustworthy office that will help them feel good and confident. For any good investment, I will happily pay the price. Count me in! I walked in, a bit lost, but was greeted by the friendly women who work there, who guided me through each area. They, along with the vendors, answered all of my questions..... and I walked away with my Skinceuticals products and fun goodie bag. Oh, and of course... I enjoyed a few yummy bites and some red wine. I'm not looking into getting a surgical procedure done so I am unable to say whether or not I'd go to Dr. Bachelor. This office is very private, offers two private waiting rooms, one with tv and one without. They have private WiFi and very easy private parking. The front desk staff is experienced and very helpful for any questions. Dr. Bachelor obviously has high expectations and has selected a superior group to manage his office. It shows in the relaxed atmosphere. I appreciate this and drive 4 hours to their location to have the best. I feel this office offers the best. I have had the pleasure of working with Linda DeJoria RN. She is aesthetically skilled in fillers, facial and anti aging experience. Best boobs EVER! Dr Bachelor was professional, kind and I trusted him to advise me with with how to restore and enhance my mom bod to its rightful place in the world. He went above and beyond. It was a leap for me as I had never had any plastic surgery. I was scared and hesitant. After being referred to this MD by my endocrinologist, I called the office to schedule an appointment. Ashley answered the phone and was rude, unclear and unhelpful. I explained to her that this is a process I am unfamiliar with and the only reason why I called was because it was requested by my endocrinologist. She instead responded in a way that conveyed that this phone call was an inconvenience because it was common-sense. I left the phone call without clarification until I called my doctor's office only for them to call her for more information. If this MD hopes to avoid losing patients from coming into his practice, I would suggest better customer service and communication. read more

I usually I don't write reviews but I decided to write this review because Dr. Bachelor and his staff changed my life as I got myself esteem back. After two c- sections my tummy was a mess. I was able to lose weight but I never felt happy because of my tummy. I had a lot of extra skin and even with hundreds of crunches, I just could not get a decent tummy. This past July I had a tummy tuck and liposuction and finally got the tummy I wanted. I was afraid to go under general anesthesia as I am close to my 50's. I was afraid something would go wrong. I looked in the internet for plastic surgeons and found Dr. Bachelor. I read the reviews and I decided to go for a consultation. When I met him, I felt good about him and his experience. He explained to me what I needed it so I decided to go under his care. Dr. B removed all my extra skin. The day of the surgery, I was nervous but all the staff was so professional and handle my nervousness very professional I had a very successful surgery. The nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr. B made my surgery a safe and wonderful experience . Even though, I had my surgery in the middle of this pandemic, everything ran fine. My recovery was fast and I didn't have any problems. I followed all the instructions he gave me step by step. I highly recommend Dr. Bachelor, he knows what he is doing and has a lot of experience. All his staff is very polite. The office is very private and they follow all the protocols during the pandemic. He said that in front of a friend of mine and a former patient of his. I received an estimate of 2500.00 to repair my eye that he botched!
