Got a call back two hours later saying repair was done. They saw the frustration I had in the truck breaking down at the start of holidays and got right on it as soon as I left. Great facility, customer comforts, no gouging on extras, honesty and customer first attitude. So impressed. Subsequently, I had the car towed to the dealership and they asked for $1000 just to put the parts back together just so they can identify what is wrong with the car. I called this phone number many times trying to get a simple answer to what was going on with the car, with no return call. After several weeks of trying, I am leaving this review. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but I don't like leaving in elderly person stranded with no comments even more. I sincerely tried to be kind and figure out what was going on, with no return information.
