The technician arrived on time and took care of the issue in short order. He was pleasant and professional when I asked him a few related questions. The greenhouse had three existing skylights that failed and were no longer operable. The project started in the fall of 2020 but the pandemic and winter weather delayed installation until the spring of 2021. When the installation team arrived in April, they diligently got to work removing the existing units and installing the new ones.
