However, after the service, the outcome was far from what I had asked for. Despite this, the owner insisted on charging the original price, even though they didn't deliver what was promised. I chose not to argue, paid the full amount, and left. I do not plan to return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Someone else who was there with me had the exact same experience but also left without disputing the charge and even provided a high tip. I scheduled a wash cut and style. She only cut and styled it. I will say I arrived with my hair already washed however, I did express my request for another wash with detox shampoo, and conditioner, and that was not done .
