I could not be happier! I love my color and cut. Rosanne is the absolute best! Not only did she provide me a great haircut but she is just a fun person to chat with . G and G is a bit out if my way but it was so worth the drive. When I arrived I was greeted so warmly, put my timid heart to rest. I most definitely will go back for a repeat. I went to another hair salon in the neighborhood. Did not like the end look. Walked in to G&Gs and loved the feel of the place. Every one was very friendly and inviting. The best part though was they FIXED my hair. My bangs were cut funny, my hair felt dead when I tried to do anything with it.. I told all of this to them and they totally fixed it. It couldn't make my bangs grow(since the other place cut them very short) but they blended, and helped them look much better. They also cut my hair in long layers and gave me tips and tricks to style it. I loved G&Gs and will be going there from now on. read more

She asked how I would like it cut and made sure to ask about addition of styling products etc. I am always pretty cautious about getting my hair done because I've had a bad experience before but Monica was easy to talk to and was very sincere. Monica does great work. I've been happy with how she does my cut and color. On top of this, she offers advice on what she thinks will look good. I recently wanted a different look to my highlights so she applied some reds and blondes and the result was beautiful! To sum it up, I've been very satisfied with Monica's work and service. Monica was able to squeeze me in before the salon opened, as a last-minute appointment. Salon is cozy, clean, and a nice atmosphere. She was quick, efficient, and definitely to the time to do a proper consult about what I was looking for and my expectations. Shampoo, cut, and style were $40 (which is beyond reasonable), but she gave a really nice discount because i was donating my hair. She helped tail it, measure it, cut it, and bag it appropriately to be mailed, which I've never had a stylist do. I will definitely come back for upkeep and possibly color in the future. read more

I've had my hair in the same style for over a decade. I was searching out a place to find a regular stylist to give me my new 'do. I found G&G Hair Affair on Yelp on Friday afternoon, and sent over a message to see if they had availability for a 10AM Saturday appointment. They responded to me within 2 minutes and told me to stop on by! I showed up Saturday morning to see Roseanna. She was super friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. I explained to her what I wanted and told her I needed some help determining what to do with my bangs--which she helped out with. After she took care of the cut, she washed my hair and styled it, explaining carefully what products she was using and how she recommended I style my new 'do. I highly recommend this location. It's small and quiet and has a family atmosphere. The decor is cute, the staff knowledgeable, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Will return! read more

WTC takes pride in their work and they want to make sure you leave without the hair you came in with. I don't like my eyebrows to be shaped like crazy so it's nice they can have them looking natural without Chewbacca lying on a hammock between my eyebrows... My favorite part is their honesty and that includes when you're not due for another service. I recently came in asking if I needed to get my eyebrows done and instead they suggested I just do a "maintenance" service to hold me until my next full eyebrow wax. They use a calming oil afterwards to help with the redness which I greatly appreciate. Most importantly is the waxing doesn't hurt; rather it's like a quick flinch. If you have any allergies you should get your nostrils done! It truly makes a difference and you won't have to worry about them going all the way up your nose. It's just around the nostril flares. PS- They have a yelp checkin offer for your chance to win a free service!

I decided to book a massage at the Windflower Spa as a birthday gift from my boyfriend. I had just…read morehad my second baby three months prior and was really looking forward to my first outing without my kids needing anything from me. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
