The location was kinda confusing to me, I swear I went into the wrong driveway at least three times trying to find the place (I blame the GPS). Once I finally found the spot, the salon appeared clean and I was immediately greeted by Ana. She had me go online to the salon's website to fill out the waiver so if you haven't done this save yourself some time and do it ahead of time if possible! Ana then proceeded to explain the sugaring process to me since this was my first time. To my surprise there was a special going on so my wax was cheaper than the originally booked price! Yay! I love news like that! Since this was my first time, my body went through the same things it did when I got my first Brazilian wax. Honestly it wasn't as bad, just a new process to get used to. She did not reach out until that evening and proceeded to ACCUSE me and made me feel I was at fault for confirming the wrong date. After I screen shot her our previous text showing that she was the one who scheduled that time, she apologized and offered a complimentary facial (which I never got).
