My mother and father have been customers for 32 years. She had been without coverage for two weeks. They claim they mailed notice but one was never received. In 32 years she has had 3 claims all of which were legitimate. So when she went to renew she was refused. The new premium increased $2,500 annually. It seems as though Wright Gardner was looking for an opportunity to drop my mother. One would think after 32 years and a policy is going to be cancelled it would warrant at least a phone call. The office personnel had no empathy which made it even worse!!!!
