First stop is to examine your scalp and see how it is via the computer. Then all the fun begins. Your hair is steamed and throughly washed, there is a great head massage going on as well! The service I did lasted about an hour. Following the treatment you sit back down and example your scalp again and can literally see the difference. I opted to not have them blow dry my hair that was an additional $75 but they did allow me to use the blow dryer myself before leaving.
