Hands down one of the best nail experiences I've been to in a long time. It wasn't polluted with harsh chemicals and it truly was a red carpet experience from the time I walked in til checking out. I did a wax and pedicure. Would've loved to do a manicure but they don't do any acrylic or dip removals. So I'll be back soon for a full experience of a manicure and pedicure. I called ahead before my appointment to let them know I would be 10-15 minutes late. They said it was fine. When I arrived, the entire tone shifted. The front desk person, Diana, spoke to me as if she was annoyed that I even walked in. No greeting, no courtesy, no attempt to help -- just attitude. She completely dismissed what I had already confirmed over the phone and acted like she was doing me a favor by even acknowledging me. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly shocking how quickly the "kindness" ended once they already had my appointment booked. The customer service here is inconsistent, disrespectful, and extremely unwelcoming. It felt like all that mattered was getting people in the door, not actually treating them well. I've never had a salon make me feel like an inconvenience simply for showing up. There are plenty of nail salons that respect your time, your money, and your business.
