I love my highlights or balayage very thin, conservative and classy... and literally Mikolaj is the only person that was able to deliver what I had asked for. Mikolaj is very nice, professional and respectful. He never tries to upsale or do anything that is not needed. He will tell you if something wouldn't fit you nicely or be damaging for your hair type. For the most part, he is very on time which is very rare for this line of business. Also, the salon is great. The salon is very clean and neat. It is in a perfect location on Santa Monica in Beverly Hills. There's 2 hour public parking either behind the building or there's a parking structure by Rite aid. This was a super LOOOOOOOOONG appointment. I got to the salon at 4:15 PM & left at 9 PM!!! Mikolaj is a super sweet, nice, respectful, caring & professional hairstylist. In addition, he is very honest & doesn't try to up sell anything to you. He has been in this business for 35 years!!! After he listened to my concerns, he explained to me what I should expect & what he had planned for me. I went to his salon to get haircut & Ombré. First, he cut my hair & explained to me if I cut more in the front of my hair, it would give me a better frame & I will see the change that I was looking for. I like my hair long so he kept my length & just barely trimmed the back. Then he started the ombré process. He is soooo patient. He foiled my hair layer by layer. He had prepared 3 different colors & really took his time placing the foils in. I could tell, he was trying to imagine my new hair cut & ombré color in his head. My appointment took a long time because of the previous permanent hair color that I got done 3 months ago so as the result my hair wasn't taking the new color. Mikolaj used very mild bleach & die so that's why it took a little longer than expected but I was very pleased with the end result & was worth every minute I spent at this salon. His salon is state of the art salon. It looks super clean & modern. Loved the ambiance. I was actually referred to Mokolaj by my sister. She went to him before her wedding about 3 years ago & never went to any other hairstylist thereafter. He pretty much saved my sister's damaged hair after coloring & highlighting her hair for so long. Her hair looks so healthy & shiny & long now... Just like what she wished for, thanks to Mokolaj.
