The service itself is unbelievably lux and unlike any other head spa I've been to - so relaxing, elevated and the scalp massage is next-level. I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and so much more relaxed than when I came in. Every last detail is thought out - from the ambiance to the products they use. Such a fun and new experience at Head Spa Nagomi. You arrive at Salon Kazumi and you are taken outside a few doors down to the beautiful tranquil room on the second floor. First stop is to examine your scalp and see how it is via the computer. Then all the fun begins. Your hair is steamed and throughly washed, there is a great head massage going on as well! The service I did lasted about an hour. Following the treatment you sit back down and example your scalp again and can literally see the difference. I opted to not have them blow dry my hair that was an additional $75 but they did allow me to use the blow dryer myself before leaving. read more

One of the most relaxing spa treatments I've ever had! The massage melted tension out of my whole head, face, shoulders and neck, while the treatments moisturized my scalp and primed for more volume and growth. The products smelled incredible, I bought one of the serums on the way out to maintain scalp health between visits. I had a head spa royal treatment with Yuka and my friend had a VIP reiki treatment with Kazumi. We were both floored by the experience and thought it was worth every penny. Postpartum has been an absolute nightmare on every part of me including my scalp. What an amazing experience I had at the Head Spa Nagomi. First Kai checked my scalp with the computer analysis and took before photos. I had a great deal of build up from color and products that I could clearly see in the photos. We then went to the shampoo bowl where I had numerous detox treatments that were very relaxing and stimulating, such as steaming my scalp to help hair growth and a wonderful scalp massage. The relaxing music and peaceful setting was lovely and rejuvenating. Afterwards we re-examined my scalp on the computer to see how all the build up was removed and I was so impressed with everything. We then finished with a blow dry in the hair salon. My scalp felt so clean and my hair was extremely silky. I loved my experience and will definitely be back once a month to keep my scalp healthy and promote hair growth. Thank you Kai !! read more
