When we showed up at the scheduled time, we were left waiting outside for an entire hour. No updates. No one came out to talk to us. Then, without warning, they closed the gate on us. They clearly have no system in place. There's no organization, no communication between staff, and no structure for helping customers. One person says one thing, another says something completely different. It feels chaotic and completely unprofessional. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. These guys were great…read more I had a accident in the middle of an interstate on a busy road at 7pm. Mian towing was unable to help me and did not have the right equiptment to transport my vehicle. The owner of Mian called around to try and find me and kept in contact as well as checking up on me to see how it was going, making sure the other person was there, ect. After being connected to over 6 different companies, I had found someone to tow with their help. They were nice, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They happened to be the first people I tried calling, but I called around elsewhere and everyone charged at least twice as much. Other companies were a lot less understanding of my situation as well, not that going above and beyond is expected but these guys did. I forgot to ask for their names, I wasn't expecting to write a review. If I had any complaints its that I didn't get towed for free.

But our body shop told us they have after hours drop off and that's what we wanted to do and the driver refused and left us stranded. I found Zee's towing on craigslist and have them a call as I was desperate and he gave me a very reasonable rate and showed up in less than 30 minutes. He took me to my body shop where we dropped off our car no problem. This is an awesome small towing company with great character and integrity. 10/10 would recommend. Plus he has a beautiful truck with plenty of space for passengers.
