I figured it would heal after some time. Days, weeks have gone by and there has been more scars on my face than prior. I'm really unhappy about the results. I was reluctant about posting photos of my face but I dont even care anymore. The following Friday I left them a voicemail, asking for some helpful advice on what I could do or a potential refund. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back. I truly hope there is good reason behind why I was treated in such a manner. I was excited to find such a well priced groupon for a facial nearby. I called to make an appointment and left a message... No one returned my call. I called a second time to make an appointment and left another message... No call back again. I finally received a text from Lisa saying she was with a client and asked if I was calling to make an appointment. I texted back saying yes and inquired about availability... No text back. I was getting really turned off by how difficult it was becoming to make an appointment but decided not to give up since I had already purchased the groupon. I finally made an appointment for a Tuesday at 10:30 via text with Lisa. Less than 24 hours before my appointment I got a text from Lisa saying her plans had changed and asked if I was available for a later appointment. I was not, and asked if there was any way to keep my original appointment. Lisa responded yes, and confirmed for the next morning at 10:30 (the appointment I had made over a week before). Less than 10 minutes later, I get ANOTHER text saying she might push back the appointment an hour and would let me know by 4pm. Let me know? Seriously? The whole purpose of making an appointment is that you make concrete plans that you plan the rest of your day around. It was extremely unprofessional and at this point I told her to forget it, I would be calling groupon to request a refund and leave feedback on Yelp about my experience. Well, all of a sudden the texting ceased and I finally got a phone call (first call of this whole process!) I ended up listening to a rant about how she does everything on her own and groupon oversold the deal. I had to kindly remind her that I am a CUSTOMER, and really none of that should be made my problem. The appointment making process and customer service I experienced was an absolute disaster. It was really disappointing how unprofessional and inconsiderate the owner was. The last thing a business owner should do is make it difficult for a new client to get in the door.
