Our go-to breakfast sandwich spot. Delish bread, pretty good option of fillings. Usually great service, but somehow my ticket got dropped behind the grill and I waited an extra 20 minutes, but they were nice about it.

"The Champ" The most popular item there. As good as it looks.

It's a decent breakfast sandwich, but it's the kind I could have made at my house. Sort of a higher-grade Philly food truck breakfast sandwich. So good enough but not great.

Ernie's makes the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and is easily the best you'll find in Utah. I'm shocked that it's gone under my radar for so long because it's a crowd favorite. I highly recommend the Champ, their classic breakfast sammy, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Plus beyond just the food, they have great stuff and a cool dining room vibe. It's not a large dining room but it's perfect for dates or small groups. I happened to stop by for lunch with my team and were lucky enough to find two tables next to each other for the seven of us. Parking is also a tiny bit tight but honestly, I don't think either of these is an issue as they got our food out to us quickly and I imagine most customers are "stop and go" for a quick meal.

Easily the best sandwich I've had in Utah! I ordered the Home Run with no mustard or tomato and it was excellent. The kind of sandwich you think about for days to come. Definitely recommend.

This has always a local hang out place for high school kids and there's a reason why. That reason? THE CHAMP. If you go to Ernie's don't even look at the menu - just get the Champ. Their breakfast sandwiches are served all day because they are the most popular. The champ has the softest bread, runny eggs, cheese, sausage, ham - oh my! Sometimes we go "healthy" and add avocado. If you MUST get a regular sandwich, the Pastrami is delicious.

This is just a quick update on Ernie's. Still the best sandwich around is the champ. The champ is the champ. Enough said....

This is hands down the best sandwich spot in town. I don't live here anymore but every time I'm back in town I stop and grab a "champ".

Got a hole in the wall vibe, pretty low key, the food was super good. Had the Full Nelson sandwich and it was lit.

Philly cheesesteak was underwhelming. Lots of iceberg type lettuce, bread was squishy

Is it a farm store? Is it a restaurant? Why can't it be BOTH!? That's what I discovered today when…read moreI met a friend for breakfast and walked in the doors of what appeared to be a grocery store and then morphed into a cafe. A pleasant finding-I could either purchase the ingredients to make an omelette myself, or pay to have someone make it for me. It's a no brainer in my world-I'll always opt to have someone else cook if I have the choice. The omelette was pretty good-packed with veggies. I would have loved more mushrooms and less onions, but that's a personal preference. The atmosphere is casual and inviting-with seating both in the cafe area as well as outside along the front wall of the store. It's located in a strip mall, so it's easy to find and has plenty of shared parking out front. I look forward to returning to browse the retail side a bit-who knows, maybe I'll buy some eggs and make myself an omelette?

But it's a pleasant, tidy little space, and a nice place to have a meal. I was able to try the chicken pesto panini, fries and fry sauce, tomato soup, and oat cake. The panini and the fries are quite tasty. I think the most unique item is the oat cake, which is a hearty bite for sure. The soup, sadly, is not very good, which is kind of a letdown, because it's hard to do poorly with tomato soup. You're supposed to serve the soup yourself, but we weren't aware of that, and the staff was nice enough to dish it up for us! The store portion offers tons of quality healthy foods. If you're following a specific diet, just be advised to check the labels. Some items are definitely "cleaner" than others.
