I've been here twice in the last few months. Once on a Thursday evening and once on a Saturday. Both times the service has been good. It was obviously much more busy on the Saturday, but there were times the lines weren't too long. If it's not too busy, there are some nice quiet places to sit and eat. The food is pretty good! I've tried both the turkey melt sandwich and the pesto chicken is also very good. The turkey melt has plenty of flavorful meat, good melty cheese. I loved the bean sprouts and I don't usually like tomatoes, but on this sandwich it's a nice touch. The pesto chicken is nice a fresh. The chicken wasn't dry. The bun is a nice highlight along with the pesto obviously. The fries were really good the first time I had them, but the second time, they fell kind of flat. They weren't as crisp and fresh as they could've been. They have a decent soda selection and the extra sauces are easily available. I'm excited to maybe try some other things on the menu, but if you're in the area and looking to try something new, this is a pretty safe option.

The buns are where it's at. Excellent sandwiches and burgers. Fast service. Great meal.

Review is for the ice cream section of Tower Deli. Wasn't too busy around 1:00 on a Monday of spring break. Value was pretty decent considering the cost of the rest of the attractions at Thanksgiving Point. It is right next door to Butterfly Pavilion. My Kids each got a Sundae which were about $5 each. They were tasty!

Late night in Lehi Utah. Great little deli walking distance to hotel. Had the classic American cheeseburger with fries and a coke. Fries came with option "Fry Sauce" AWESOME!! nice touch. Burger was just the right size. perfectly cooked with raw onions, lettuce and a crisp pickle on the side. Nice place!

We stopped here after the Museum of Ancient Life! This place was SLAMMED at lunchtime (which we expected judging by the amount of people out and about). We got through the line pretty quickly to order our food. Then we had about a 15 minute wait for our food. The service was okay. Not super great but not horrible either (I expect these kind of things with the employment as it currently is- so nothing really unexpected). The food was very reasonably priced! And the servings were PERFECT! Not too much so that you toss any out but you left without feeling overly full! There were vegetarian options that could easily be made vegan which I appreciate about restaurants! I tried the fruit and nut salad and was IMPRESSED by the quality of the lettuce and fruit served. My family had burgers and CHOWED DOWN on them which was a great sign! The onion rings weren't anything to write home about but were satisfying at the same time. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong with anything you order.

With plenty of options for adults and kids alike, the Tower Deli is a great stop to enjoy a meal between activities at thanksgiving point. With plenty of parking and small round tables you can push together inside and out, you'll be in to order your food and eating up in no time. The food here is made in the same kitchens where the food for Harvest restaurant is prepared, though it is considered more casual and perhaps lower quality than Harvest. The food here was, well, okay. We all finished our meals and felt full and satisfied, but it wasn't something I'm dying to write home about. I got the bbq burger and wouldn't recommend it. Instead the sweet pork salad, BLT or fresh made house soups would all be better options. The fries were a little mushy, so I would choose the soup, chips or Mac and cheese for a side to your meal. Free refills on soft drinks and plenty of drink options for kids including Capri sun, milk, chocolate milk and water. Overall a good spot to stop with family, especially if you don't want to take your whole crew far away from the thanksgiving point action. The prices here are also every good, and there's a 10% discount for thanksgiving point members! Next time I think I will travel a few blocks away and even pay a few dollars more for a better tasting meal.

Conveniently located within walking distance from my hotel, The Tower Deli was an obvious choice for a quick lunch between meetings. My veggie wrap, hold the cheese was a great veg option. I can't believe how crowded this place was. I have to think that something, e.g., event or convention was going on. I asked for Carryout/To Go from the beginning. After waiting quite a while for my order, my buzzer vibrated and I was greeted with a tray for eating in. I informed the attendant that I asked for Carryout and that I was sorry and she commented, "That's ok. This happens all the time." I knew that she was telling the truth. I will go back but this was a chaotic visit.

I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich from The Tower Deli today, and it didn't disappoint! It was delicious! I got it without tomatoes and onions. The pesto sauce they use is really good and the chicken was cooked nicely. The bun complimented the sandwich ingredients really well. I will definitely be coming back to order this again!!

Good ice cream and chocolate malt. Plenty of seating in the area and out in the foyer. Picture of the creations would have been helpful to choose rather than just a written menu in the wall. Quick service. Located adjacent to the Butterfly Biosphere.

We went to the tower deli after we went to the Dinosaur museum right next to it. I got the BLT which was really good. My family was happy with their food too.

I don't think I would go out of my way to come here, but it's a great option when you are in the area. As a person who works within walking distance, it's an option. The sandwiches are fresh. The ingredients are good. The Philly Cheeseteak isn't terribly authentic, but it's a good sandwich. The soups are good. The burgers are probably considered good by many, but I'm not a fan. I think a burger at this price point needs to have a beef flavor as part of it. The patty is very thin and cooked well done. It's all about the additions, which are very good. It can get busy and have limited seating at lunch, so come a few minutes early.

Ice cream was great!! The kids got cones and hubby got a root beer float, they were happy!! Nice treat after a beautiful walk at the gardens!!

The broth for the bun bo hue was rich and slightly spicy with thick slices of different cuts of beef and Vietnamese meatball slices. The owner is almost always out front, and he's incredibly friendly. You can tell he really cares about the experience. He's also spent years perfecting his pho broth, and it shows--rich, flavorful, and exactly what you want every time. Everything is always incredibly fresh, and the quality is consistent every time we go. My go-to order is the pork vermicelli bowl or brisket pho, but honestly you can't go wrong. The brisket pho is rich and comforting, the stir-fry fried noodles are packed with flavor, and their boba drinks are seriously some of the best around. Sometimes there's a wait, but it's 100% worth it. This is one of those places where you know you're going to leave happy every time. We keep coming back--and always will.

We've been hesitant to try this based on prior reviews. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon…read more Main reason, there's hardly anyone working!! These employees are overwhelmed! The drive thru and walk in customers, plus online orders and you have only two employees?! Not sure if it's an employee issue or a management/owner issue, but get it together! We ordered online for pickup and our order was not ready at the allotted time. My husband said the two employees were way overworked and there was too much business for only two employees. I ordered the Club on a Sub and it was mediocre at best. It was quite tasteless honestly. Could have used more filling inside tasted mostly bread and some bacon. My husband ordered the Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder and the employee warned him how spicy it was. He said it wasn't spicy at all and thinks they gave him the Zesty Garlic Hook & Ladder instead. He said it was decent, but he was expecting spicy. I do have to say his had a lot more filling than mine did. I know they are fairly newer but I hope they can get it together or they might fail and I'd hate to see that.

I had mentioned a few days ago that I wanted to start trying some of the places in our city that we haven't tried and that is how we ended up at Firehouse. It was my first time trying Firehouse but my husband has been to the Lehi location. Pros first as usual - the food was good. I got the Italian Salad with grilled chicken (light Italian dressing) and a cup of chili. My husband got the Hook and Ladder. There was an option for fountain or bottled beverages and we both opted for fountain. I devoured my salad. It looked fresh and appetizing and tasted the way it looked. The chili was decent but nothing to write home about as it lacked a bit of spice. I ate about half but the reason I stopped was because I was full, not because I didn't like it. My husband really enjoyed his sandwich and ate most of it. The employees were average on the friendly scale so that was also ok. Now the cons - the restaurant dining area was visibly in need of a wipe and a sweep. It was crumby in the sense that there were crumbs all over. The decoration was minimal and sparse but I think that was intentional. There wasn't a single table that we could sit at where the sun wasn't glaring in one of our eyes and no shades available. That made for a bit of an uncomfortable dining experience. Lastly, when we arrived I asked for the chicken and dumpling soup but was informed that they were out of all of their soups. That was a bit disappointing.
