I love these guys. I recently took my car into them for an array of issues and they tackled them all. Typically as a female when you go into a dealership the person you are met with at the service counter automatically assumes 1.) you're a female so you know nothing and 2.) since she knows nothing, we will scare her to death and get her to pay for additional stuff....oh and then they charge you $100+ just for looking at it, if you don't have them do any work to it. This is so NOT the case at Erv's. All the guys here are wonderful. As in you want to go home and bake cookies for them kind of wonderful. They listened to everything I had to say and then explained why everything was doing what it was and what they would do to fix it. But wait it gets better - my car was throwing a code that said a part needed to be replaced - a $400 part (which of course I Googled and verified it was a legit $400). Naturally my heart sank when I heard it needed a $400 part but they assured me it was OK and they would try a few things first before replacing it. Turns out they were able to fix the issue for $70! They saved me $330!!! Now, yes, I may have to replace the part in the future but at least I can kind of plan for it instead of it being a shock. But if I do need it replaced or anything else I might need you can be assured that I will be taking back to Erv's. read more

Rob and his son, Adam, have serviced our cars for more than 25 years. We were new to northwest Waukesha County when we moved in back in 1992. We needed reliable auto service. With three daughters driving used cars with high mileage, my wife and I relied on Rob to keep the cars running and safe. Our girls are grown now and we're still taking our cars to Rob for service.
