We've done outdoor photos before, so I wanted non-festive studio photos. My studio session included me, my husband, and...my two-year-old son. He can be unpredictable. He can be a really ON or really OFF. I'd spoken to him all week about photos and he practiced smiling and posing. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Wellllll, picture day was his OFF day. He decided to be a real two-year-old. He was A LOT! Our photographer, Chung, had the patience of a saint. I didn't think we'd get any good photos! Our session was about 40 minutes or so and Chung tried his best to get many photos. True to his word, the gallery was available to me by 8am the following day. WOW! When he said the gallery would be available the next day, I was thinking wayyyyy at the end of the day. Nope! My gallery was available a little after 8. Nice! We were amazed at the impressive images on Jen's website and couldn't wait for her to photograph our children. We have done 3 sessions with Jen (a newborn session with our son and then again with our daughter, and most recently a toddler session with both kids). Each time I receive the pictures from the shoot, my breath is absolutely taken away by the beauty and simplicity of the images. She manages to capture not only my children's darling faces, but their little personalities as well.
