We found ourselves in a situation where our furnace was not working correctly in our 5th wheel rig. We had another man come out and do extensive work on it and although he was very good the problem was beyond his expertise. He suggested Eric at E's RV appliance repair and we're so glad he did. Eric showed up with the other guy we had originally hired. The two of them worked for more than 2 1/2 hours attempting to locate the problem. With finally determining that the problem wasn't with the furnace but that there was a problem in the wiring leading from the control panel to the furnace. He suggested a solution that we agreed to and was very apologetic that he couldn't fix the problem. After all the time they worked on it we were prepared for a rather substantial bill. But we were pleasantly surprised at the charge. After all we've been through with this furnace and the large amount of time and frustration we've had we were very pleased with Eric's work. We're here from out of town for our first Grandchild's birth. We brought our used but new to us 40 ft toy hauler. We had a small issue with the fridge at home but it worked ok. Well by the time we got to Tempe, AZ the fridge quit working completely. We called camping world and they couldn't get us in for a couple weeks. So my husband started looking up RV repair and he came across Eric from a mobile RV repair. He came out to our trailer 3 different times to fix the issue, and in the end we ended up having to replace the fridge, but not from lack of Eric trying everything he could think of or test. It would work for a while and then quit again. This guy Eric really thinks a lot of himself to have the attitude he has. Said he would be in our area this morning and would come by around mid morning, will send a text when he's on his way. Close to 1130am I text him an inquiry, looking for an estimated arrival. (We did have to rearrange our morning to accomodated his scheduling). After sending the text I got a phone call from this hot-head: "I'm on a job! I told you I'll get there when I get there! If that doesn't work for you I don't give a shit! You can get someone else!" I didn't know how to respond to that, but I did look at my wife and mentioned what a prick he was. Then I sent him a text to let him know he was fired before even getting to the job. Even the best service needs to have a decent repore with customers, and calling them up to chew them out and cuss at them really isn't going to have a positive reselt. Can't recommend but that's because he is not experienced repairing 12v compressor refrigerators. Had it over 4 months, was told conflicting reports throughout that period, ranging from nothing is wrong with the unit and unit needs replaced. Then just reinstall and sell the motorhome, telling the new buyer it works, and finally it's repaired. Reinstalled the fridge but it won't refrigerate lower than 46 degrees which is not food safe. Also, believe it was rewired incorrectly because it won't shut off when fuse is pulled as it did previously. Eric is probably good repair person for 3-way propane refrigerators, but not compressor fridges. read more

This is our 5th visit to the Phoenix area in our RV. We have had issues with our Norcold Ice maker and were fortunate to have been recommended to Eric by a fellow RV'er last spring of 2020. Will definitely use again if I need him to repair any appliance in my 5th wheel. He problem solved with us over the phone, then came to us when it still didn't work. His hours are in the afternoon and evening unlike other repair companies, which was great since our refrigerator quit in the early evening. He came out the same evening and had the refrigerator going in a short time. He was able the work with a Norcold issue, and so we only paid for a service call.
