Always cooked perfectly and just fun little fried nuggets of goodness. This food truck is open on weekdays usually just till 6:30 so get there early. The food itself was AMAZING! The lamb and goat were tender, the sauces on all the dishes ordered were on point. The naan was warm, buttery, garlicky goodness. The kids loved the mango lassi drink. On our way out, I picked up some items from the grocery store and some samosas to go. The crust on the samosa was so good, the fillings delicious. I highly recommend this place. Since it's located in a mini mall, there's plenty of parking. Did I mention there's an eye brow threading in the same location? I believe it's also owned by the same people. No worries, it is contained in a separate area away from the food.

Foodwise we had the chili paneer, the mysore masala dosa, the palak paneer, and the ghobi paratha. The mysore masala dosa was good but wish it'd be just a touch more crispy! Otherwise, great masala taste and both chutneys and the sambar were all delish. The palak paneer was very mild and subtle, but super smooth spinach goodness; get this spicy if you order it (we did medium and it was veeery mild for us). And fyi the palak paneer and other curries do come with a heaping side of rice....but we wanted to try a paratha so the rice wasn't demolished immediately. The ghobi paratha was good but I will say a tad pricy for the portion. The chili paneer was super tasty and I would absolutely get it again. All in all a cute addition to the Vancouver, WA area for all your simple Indian grocery and food item needs! Try your first dosa here or a fan favorite of tikka masala.
