This location is super close and less than $10 Lyft. Glad I decided to take the venture out! This place is a Gem. I been to many foot spas and meets the standard criteria of what you get. Aaron had great pressure and could not beat the price for $90. I read through most the negative comments on here and they are either about prices or tipping. Tipping is cultural and the standard expectations are posted. It takes a lot of force and effort to massage for 90 minutes straight one after another. Such a diamond in the rough. This place encompasses some very skilled and talented folks. It's not much to look at from the outside, or the inside, and yes, it's one communal room where they work on you, but they make sure to keep it nice and quiet and clean. Everyone is very polite and sweet. Was somewhat hesitant to post bc I don't want to give away a secret spot but have to give credit where credit is due. The foot massage saved me in my week 41 of pregnancy. Only a few days later I went into labor! Also was walking way better and all my pain throughout my body went away. Wow! This is awesome! So I am a big fan of Oriental Qi Spa(I've been there since last year) The environment is not very fancy, but therapists there do GREAT job! I just found out that they have this new location, which is much closer to my house(I live in Hallandale Beach). I'm so excited about it. So I headed to this place after work. I have to say, Escape Foot Spa is AMAZING! Everything is so beautiful and brand new. Of course, therapists here also do wonderful job. I tried the one hour foot massage today, which is same good as they do in another location. I'll definitely come back. I mean, why not? It's not that funny to drive 30 minutes to get a massage and then drive another 30 minutes going home. Now, Escape spa came out, problem solved. read more

Great experience and nice location with plenty of parking (strip mall with a Publix). I will be back. Very clean and relaxing, nice decor. Friendly staff (Lisa and May). Had the 60 minute foot massage (which includes neck, shoulder and back massage) which was wonderful. Perfect amount of pressure, but like with all massages if it ever gets to be too intense you can just speak up and the masseuse will adjust. I think this is a very good value ($38 plus tip). The massage was good and the space was very clean but... The greeting we received when we arrived was awful. No hello or welcome. During service they took a phone call and engaged in a conversation while still rubbing on my back. At the end there was massive confusion about their advertised discount. The staff ended up calling the owner? We don't know who it was because the phone was shoved in our face and the woman on the other end said, "What do you want?" We didn't call her. We explained about the coupon and we were told that it wasn't (the coupon) for us. What did that mean? We were first-timers and from out of town (Arizona and Washington State) but we are women of color. Then we were told how much to tip. I personally tend to over tip especially during the pandemic but the service needs to be at least marginal. At Escape Foot Spa the Service, well what we received wasn't service. read more

Great little place, great for a massage full body. The people getting their foot massages looked happy and relaxed. I saw some complaints but I was never required to give a tip (although I did due to the exceptional experience) I purposely paid and began to walk out and said "oh I forgot the tip" and just paid cash. My his and and and I came here and it was amazing! I've paid a lot of money at expensive spas and never left feeling as revived as I did with Escape Foot Spa. I had Sam and my husband had Peter. We did the combo massage and foot massage. I fell asleep during the foot massage and I'm a light sleeper so that speaks volumes on how relaxed I was. The price can't be beat. I think overall this place was a good experience. I always judge if I would go back again. I think I will, but I will try a different person. The gentleman who did my one hour foot massage was fine, but for me, it was a little too much stretch of my upper body when what I really want is the focus to be on the foot reflexology, which was fine, but not memorable. And my the massage ended five minutes before the one hour mark. I've done a lot of foot massage in South Florida and that's not happened in other places. Very relaxing massage, the masseuse at Escape did a good job with my legs and arms, but the back massage portion was a bit off since I was seated and kept getting pushed forward. If I was lying face down I'm sure it would've been much better. The staff took care of my parents and did a great job with both. But it's clean, the massage is wonderful (10-15 minutes spent on neck and shoulders while your feet soak, then the rest is reflexology massage), and I walk out feeling so completely relaxed. Prices for 60 minute upper body and foot massage was $38 per person. They take appointments only, but we managed to get one for same day. I can honestly say that every dollar was worth it. This was my first foot massage I've ever gotten and after finishing, my feet feel AMAZING. This was the first massage for my godfather, who's a pretty big guy with arthritis. Disappointed to say the least. I had a male masseuse who couldn't seem to keep his hands off my butt long enough to help with the parts I really needed massaged. Despite me asking several times to keep the massage focused on my neck and upper back, atleast 80% of the massage was focused on my legs. No matter how many times I pulled the sheet over my butt or asked to work on my neck, he could not take a hint and I felt extremely exposed and uncomfortable for majority of the massage. And when he was working on my back, it was not relaxing ATALL. I left with the feeling of a sore and almost bruised back that started to hurt more as the night went on. Sweet people but as a masseuse, your job is to make people feel comfortable and that is unfortunately not at all how they made me feel. The male employees in particular need to do a better job of listening to the client and doing everything they can to make a person feel safe and comfortable. I know the whole place isn't bad, they all seemed like great people, I was just really disappointed and a little disgusted with my experience. read more
