On August 24,2020 a Friend and I went to this spa and paid for the couples massage which was $110. While I was getting a massage 20mins in the lady starts coughing and sniffling ( I didn't pay it any mind although we are in a pandemic). After the massage my friend and I paid with card. The lady ask if we wanted to tip we said yes but not on card I handed the lady $2 cash and said I'm going to get more money out the car then she tells us "no you can tip on card" and calls the the manager to force us to tip on Card then 5mins later she says 1 person stay inside and another person can go to the car but At that point I didn't want to tip anymore and wanted to go home I tried to leave but the door was locked. Fast forward they wasn't letting us leave till we tip. We didn't want to tip on card because it wasn't our card (someone treated us). So my friend had to wait till someone send her $20 so we can tip and leave . NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Very good experience and a great value. The only draw back is there is no door between the work area and the lobby area, just a curtain, relaxing during the massage and listening to random people coming in and requesting services, or information, or listening to one guy describe what hurts and where it hurts and why he needs a massage, is something I could do without. The 'work area', where you get a massage is nice, comfortable, relaxing music plays and the aroma therapy in the scented towel is great. The massage was professional and my body feels much more relaxed. I will probably return because my hotel is just down the road, but I do feel the experience would be greatly enhanced if the lobby questions and noises where kept in the lobby. read more

I saw all the great reviews but I was still a bit hesitant because I wanted a full body massage and it seems as though their specialty is foot massages! I WAS WRONG! I had Sandy, and she was AMAZING! I literally felt every knot being untied as she went through. Every inch of my body was given the same amount of time, pressure and positive energy. And When I saw every part, I mean every part, my hands, palms, 10 fingers, my ass, my ankles, the bottom of my feet and all 10 toes. I mention those specifically because a lot of times, the Masseuse I've had in the past, don't give those areas as much attention or the same pressure. Plus for 60 for a hour full body massage, you definitely can't go wrong with them. I've been to other places who charges a lot more and not as good! I'm definitely going back. read more

Really disappointed with my last massage from here. I've been a few times and the massages were always great but last time the girl at the front desk was pissy that I made my appointment online instead of calling... why offer online booking if you don't want customers to use it? And then she came in in the middle of my massage and pulled my masseuse away for 10 min and then came back and said he had another appointment here and another girl was gonna finish my massage. 20 minutes later a lady came in saying she has an appointment and the front desk girl said she didn't have it and then came back and pulled my new masseuse away again. She came back and ended my massage early but of course still charged me for the whole time. Looks like I'm going to have to find a new place to get massages read more

My wife and I had the one hour foot and shoulder massage this morning and we could not be happier. Escape was spotlessly clean and the chairs were very comfortable. We have had these type of massages in New York, Boca, Thailand, and Cambodia and we felt this was the best yet. I was concerned that my aching left foot would hurt during my massage and yet I felt terrific all through my treatment. Management translated our wishes to our masseuse and masseur so our bodies felt so fantastic we were literally beaming afterwards. The price was $38 each for one hour plus tip. We paid with a credit card and tipped in cash. We will be back next time we take a cruise from Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommended! read more

would not recommend. i got a surprise 90 min massage. when i got there they had me undress in a room and told me to lay down on the bed. i started undressing and the woman walks in on the phone and stares at me while apologizing over and over.... but not leaving. then she asks me to get my things and walk over to the other room. (IM STILL NAKED) she finally walks away and i turn around to grab my things to put my clothes back on and she comes back in my room with a robe. i get over to the other room and lay down hoping that was one little mistake that i can overlook but the man that was doing my massage made it awkward. the entire time his stomach was growling, he was breathing hard and he leaned on me so many times that i felt his private on me. as i am leaving the store a new lady is there telling me that my boyfriend didn't pay for tip. so as i am reaching in my bag she says i HAVE to pay $20 or more to the man before i go. i explained to her that i have no problem tipping but with customer service you don't tell someone that they have to pay an "optional" tip and you also don't tell someone how much to pay on top of an uncomfortable service. read more
