Very nice lounge. The food is way better than an Admirals club. Today featured an asian menu. Lot's of vegan choices too. Everything was fresh and tasty. The lounge is really clean, the chairs comfy and the electrical outlets and usb ports actually work. The staff are friendly and helpful, they keep the buffet stocked and are constantly cleaning. Overall, this is a smaller lounge and does not feature bathrooms, showers, quiet areas, meeting rooms or other amenities found at large Admirals clubs. On the other hand there is not a dollop of hummus to be found in the joint. (AA frequent travelers will get this.) Overall, when traveling through CMH, book a reservation here. I went through their website and it was easy. Lounge buddy no longer books this lounge. Highly recommend.

There are multiple ways to get access into this airport lounge. The staff are nice, they have a self serve coffee bar with a bunch of flavors and a full service bar. I was there for breakfast and they had a nice breakfast bar with both hot and cold options. Really nice chairs to catch a nap in and you get a great view of the sunrise.

Good food, friendly service, and a very clean atmosphere. I love that they have self serve sparkling water too.

This is the first club room in the Columbus airport. I've been to many club rooms and even though it is smaller it has all the services i need. There is always some kind of interesting food. The staff is friendly, especially if you have the pleasure of Alexis and Precious greeting you in the morning. The only access is with an American Express Platinum card. There might be a pay option. If you travel a lot, this is a nice luxury to have. CMH isn't that difficult to navigate, so you really don't need to get to the airport early enough to enjoy a lounge. The place is clean, staffed, and the drinks are flowing!

They offered me complimentary access to the lounge because of Thanksgiving and wanted me to try their service. It was lunch time and they had some food at that time which was good. They kept bring in more quantity of food as it was getting low. They had a bar area which apparently i did not try. Sitting was really good. They had all kind of seating from tech savvy to comfortable sofas to high rise chairs. The staff in there was very friendly. I have been to many lounges but this was small not too crowded lounge. Definitely a place where you can relax before your flight or long layover.

Great experience. Lounge is clean, peaceful and staffed with really friendly people. I really like observing people who enjoy working with one another and you can tell that is the case here. Thank you and keep up the great work!

NOTE: Book through LoungeBuddy--do not book via Escape Lounge's website. I did the later and was very stressed out when I never received a confirmation and all the emails and phone numbers for EL returned errors or were disconnected. Thankfully, when I arrived at CMH, the staff at this location were so kind and helpful and put me right at ease. The space is clean and quiet, and the food and drinks are great. I'm working remotely here for 6 hours and am impressed by the variety of workspaces. I wasn't sure how easy it would be to work here, and I've been so pleased with the experience. Overall 10/10, especially for the staff members who make this location work so well for working travelers.

This place is entirely too small. No restrooms, you have to leave the club to go to the head. Food, of what there is, not great. If you want a free beer/wine or two before catching your flight - I guess this is a good spot. But as a frequent traveler, this is not an airport club.

After spending time at the Centurian lounge in Denver I was excited to spend my time here. I arrived a little after 5:30 pm and...I'm a little disappointed. Very limited food options and some spots were actually empty. The service was good but I don't think I'll take the long hike from the A gates next time. The location is also horrible. Tucked back by the B gates and there is no easy to get here besides in and out of security.

This lounge did not smell good. After we finally checked in, and seeing that there was absolutely no food, we left immediately.

Had an extended layover in the Columbus Airport and Shéonna & Tito were absolutely phenomenal. 10/10 experience at the Escape Lounge.

My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary and had the most amazing time!…read more The week we came the tasting menu was Cajun themed. The server did a GREAT job explaining how the menu worked (you can order the chefs tasting menu or DIY your own) and what everything was. I got the tasting menu which was chilled Cajun tuna ragout, Louisiana crayfish etoufee tart, roasted andouille sausage stuffed duck breast, and crepe Suzette. My boyfriend ordered the bread basket with imported cheeses, pan seared wagyu, seaweed crusted baby lamb chops, and creme brûlée. We split everything and this ended up being perfect because we could be adventurous with the chefs tasting menu and also had some amazing staples! The standouts to me were the chilled tuna ragout, pan seared wagyu, and creme brûlée! One of the BEST steaks and creme brûlée I have had... highly recommend! In addition to the amazing food, it is also in a beautiful old church and the staff is very knowledgeable on the history of the building! We had a great time and would highly recommend for a special occasion

I recently traveled to Columbus for a work conference and stayed at the Hyatt Regency Columbus,…read morewhere on the second floor is the Big Bar on 2, which is typical open daily from 5-11:30 PM though while a conference is not present, they may close early as they did when I stopped by around 9 PM on a weekday. They have great bartenders and tasty food and drinks. Food includes soups, sharables, salads, sandwiches, featured entrees, and desserts. We had 1,000 attendees at a recent University Housing conference with man of the guests staying at the Hyatt Regency. The Big Bar on 2 hung on fliers in the airport advertising special drinks created for the occasion: Don't Tell the R.A. (bourbon, lemon, and blueberry syrup) and M.I.P. Violation Shot (Irish whisky, peach schnapps, sour mix, and Starry lemon-lime soda). They'll also held Saturday night karaoke as well as hosting a dueling piano bar for a company on Monday night at the bar. As a World of Hyatt Globalist, I received two coupons for a free appetizer and non-alcoholic beverage. I remembered to use this on my last night staying in the hotel. I showed up during the last hour before they closed on a weekday evening. First, I ordered a fruity and sweet drink with a vodka base, which the bartender did a wonderful job in creating for me. Then, I ordered two appetizers for a friend and me: Cheese Curds (garlic white cheddar cheese curds, house marinara, fresh herbs, pecorino) and Chicken Wings (eight fried wings, celery, choice of buffalo, bbq, house hot honey, or Carolina gold bbq. choice of ranch or blue cheese). Finally, I also ordered a Shirley Temple, which was a sweet way to end some appetizers and drinks. All of the drinks and appetizers were tasty, and the service was great!! With many bars in the area at hotels and elsewhere downtown, this one is special. It is a 60-foot-long bar featuring sleek black granite and an espresso-colored finish. In addition to the signature drinks and the food options, there are stunning views of downtown Columbus. The Big Bar on 2 was a great place for my colleagues and I to gather after a day at the Convention Center and evening dinners or receptions. I certainly recommend it to those staying at the Hyatt Regency!

They are also open late so if you want to spend some time watching sports, playing games, or just relaxing, it's also a nice spot to get a drink. We ordered some appetizers to share family style including: *fried pickles *chicken quesadilla *brisket quesadilla *chicken fingers *cauliflower flatbread All were good . The pickles were the standouts but as it's bar/tavern food at a hotel, you're not hanging out here for their culinary delights. The staff was always friendly and accommodating for the couple times we hung out there. We plan on heading back to Columbus next summer and will definitely add Big Bar on 2 to our list of stops!
