The biggest reason for my rating is the pricing. Unfortunately, it's become incredibly expensive, especially with today's cost of living. It just doesn't feel like you get enough game credits for the amount of money you're spending. I recently took a few of my family members out here, and spent about $50 per person on game credits alone and even then, it still didn't feel like enough to really enjoy everything the arcade has to offer. If you're bringing multiple kids, it's easy to spend hundreds of dollars once you factor in games, food, and additional activities like bowling. That's what makes this so disappointing. We genuinely love Round1 and would probably visit much more often if it were more affordable. The experience itself is still a lot of fun, but the rising cost makes it difficult to justify frequent visits.

After driving about 20 minutes to the store, the owner suddenly changed the price to $120 per box. When I mentioned that I had been quoted $100, I was told, "That's not my problem. The guy on the phone is new. It happens every day." If pricing mistakes like that really happen every day, it's hard to understand how the business continues to operate that way. Customers shouldn't be expected to waste time and gas because employees aren't given accurate pricing information. The experience was made worse by the rude attitude. During my phone call, the employee even told me what the store had paid for the boxes, and once I arrived, the owner gave a different explanation about the pricing. The whole interaction felt dishonest and unprofessional. On top of that, many of the cards and packs were already priced higher than other local stores and online retailers. Based on my experience, I won't be returning and can't recommend Comic Heaven to other collectors. Zero stars !

On Friday nights, teenagers run the place with no supervision. Profanity is nonstop, vaping (including marijuana) happens openly, and staff does nothing about it. I've seen teens so intoxicated they vomited on the floor, which was not cleaned up. There is almost no staff presence, and the employees behind the counter are rude and dismissive. When concerns were raised, the response was essentially "don't come back if you don't like it." This is not a safe, clean, or family-friendly environment.
