My wife, nephew, and I did the Lost City. It was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Our game master, Collin, provided a couple of "nudges" at just about the right times to keep us from getting frustrated and wasting time, yet allowing us to fully explore possibilities and learn. The room (7 Deadly Sins) was well organized and very challenging. We did experience a prop snafu that threw things off during our visit, which was unfortunate, especially as it "cost" us about 15 minutes to rectify. But we still had fun, and I plan to return to conquer the room once the snafu is sorted. read more

We did the "7 deadly sins" escape room. Price was ok, business seems like a very professional operation. Unfortunately the puzzles were without any logic. Things my husband and I wouldn't have figured out in 5 hours!!! And this isn't our first escape room. We visited escape rooms all over Europe and the US. It felt like 10 different people designed this escape room, all with a different vision and none particularly sticking to the story line. Re-design the room and give better clues on what to do with found clues without having to ask for hints every 5 minutes. I would love to know if anyone ever made it through without help. This place has a lot of potential, but game play with guide could have been a lot better. It made for an overall disappointing experience. A couple weeks ago we did the StarTrek Filament room. The room was really well done - looked legit and immersive. There were lots of computer screens with puzzles linked to them. So not going to give away anything, I think the puzzles themselves were well thought out although and required people working together, although it was more for 2 people working together - the third person in our group ended up sort of just watching. I don't know what you would do if you had more than 3 people. The issue we had was with the "help". We have been to dozens of escape rooms all around the US, and this was probably, hands down, the worst experience we had with our guide. So, instead of being able to speak to her, you would push a button to request help and then a typed response would appear on one of the screens. Unfortunately, the screen was in the first room, so I had to keep running back to the first room to see if she responded. The response time was a huge block. We waited 5-10 minutes on MULTIPLE occasions for her to respond. At one point I was opening the door and walking down the hall to see if I could find her. I've NEVER done that in an escape room, EVER. Had she been more responsive, it would have been better. I also had issue with the hints. I wondered if they were pre-written responses because they didn't seem helpful for our situation. What our guide ended up doing was just giving us the answers which didn't make it very fun. The guide felt bad for us and gave us more time which I appreciated, but it was sort of too little too late, and we also needed to be somewhere so we just left after a few extra min. The room didn't really work anyways because she reset it and it wasn't where we were at. Recommendation: This place might be better with a different guide or different room. But based on our last experience, we'll be doing the other escape rooms in the city. read more

Would not recommend this place at all. We did the "Narco" room and it was not completely reset before us, so doors were left open and a key was even missing. Staff was not very bright and we were not happy with our game. Then once we finished the game we were left standing in the room for a while not sure if we actually escaped or not. The bar in the back also had the music so incredibly loud which was distracting the entire game. Definitely will not be returning and would not recommend read more

Came here for an afternoon activity with the crew we decided to do the antidote room. It says it's rated for 2 to 8 people but honestly I think anything more than four doesn't work because there is so many of us crammed in the rooms and walking and talking all over each other. However, the antidote was a fun and exciting escape room. Granted we did use a lot of helps because I was being a goober and just asked it was so fun and we ended up going to three different rooms which I thought was neat a couple the prop, so you have to use, however, like the red marker really needs to be updated because it was faded and could hardly read it It was also pretty pricey to in my opinion other than that it was awesome and I would gladly come back again. read more

We had a wonderful time! We escaped Antidote on 9/2/2024 with the help of Our guide Maria! There were just two of us solving the puzzle and it was tricky but also doable. The room was very well maintained and immersive. We had a blast! read more
